“Andy's first project was our back deck in 2021. His attention to detail, pride, and craftsmanship in the job, made it an easy decision that we would hire him again. We did glass panel railings and added gorgeous lighting. About a year later we hired him to renovate 2 bathrooms. He guided us to a great local cabinet and local tile company he has worked with for years. Both companies that apply the same level of detail as him. He always adds a creative touch that improves the functionality, and was willing to work with my creative ideas too. In my kids bathroom, we put a lot of thought into getting the right placement for shelving in the shower and we have a motion-sensored under vanity lighting (to light the floor) to act as a night light. Every time I walk in the bathroom I think it just looks stunning. We will definitely hire Andy for future projects.”

“Jason and his crew really strive to provide quality work with innovative ideas. They are great to work with. We felt very comfortable with them on site. They also clean up at the end of a work day(very much appreciated). Also we had no problem discussing issues with the crew. They are very open, honest and never got offended. They truly want the customer happy.Jason frequently checked in with us to update status and see if we had any questions, We would say be very clear on what you want but be open to ideas. You will like some and not others(or financial). Its all good. He truly wants you to be happy. We are beyond thrilled with the look, quality of work. We still cant believe its ours. “As I began my search for a contractor to do some major renovations on my house, I found the task a bit daunting to say the least. I set aside a couple of days from work and spent them interviewing potential contractors. Nearing the end of the second day, I still hadn’t found someone I was totally sold on, then in walked Kurt Ozbey. I immediately knew he was the one I wanted working on my house. He has a very easy manner and I trusted him from the start. He told me he only does one job at a time and would be at my house every day until it was finished. And that is exactly what he did. Not only is he professional and reliable, he did a fabulous job. I live in a very old house in Georgetown: he knew how to work around all the problems that entails. This was no small job. Kurt and team, completely renovated my kitchen, bathroom, built two closets, replaced three windows, a door and put a toilet in my basement. I now have a brand new house. Without hesitation, I would recommend Masters for any job you are considering. I had a fantastic experience working with Kurt and I can honestly say, I don’t know anyone who talks about their contractor like I do.”

“This husband and wife team were able to bring to life a powder room I had envisioned but couldn’t make happen. I had seen a sink and pedestal on Houzz and Pinterest that I loved but couldn’t find in the states. They were able to duplicate the design at a reasonable cost and pull together the rest of the bathroom for a complete look. Their communication skills are top notch, their employees were there when they said they’d be there, always neat and cleaning up as they went along.”

“I love my new tub and tile. I am likely to hire this company again for my Kitchen remodel after a few other higher priority jobs are done. Cemil and Henry took very good care of us and setting up the job was easy. A few notes about the kind of work asked for. We needed to replace tub, tile and fix plaster damage on the first floor that was directly under a hole in the old tub. Kitchen and Bath Shop solved these issues and the work was wonderful. The workers gave good expectations on when they would arrive on site. They were very respectful and friendly. They took very good care to protect my home from scuffs. There were maybe two small places where grout/plaster ended up in an unexpected place (near my bathroom doorknob and a small splat on my toilet bowl) however I probably just need a putty knife to sand down remove that. No remodel goes perfectly, there was a snafu with the supplier that ended up with us installing a different color accent tile than originally planned. There was also a delay in getting tile, but in the days of Covid, we were prepared for that. However, the company gave us a discount and did not charge for the plaster repair, which more than made up for the alteration. The more I look at the finished product, the more I am happier with the result. Work took seven days to complete, due to a delay in receiving tile. Cemil did mention that it could be up to two weeks to finish the job, so he set realistic expectations. The workers were very professional. And my family can shower like we live in a hotel.”
