“Wow!!! Amazing results; better than expected or promised. My neighbor referred me after I saw the complete overhaul Marwood Construction had done to his entryway and living room; transformed! They doubled the size of their living room (added a fireplace and a wall of windows looking out on his yard) and added a half bath to the entryway. He was so pleased I'm surprised he hasn't left a review. I hired Marwood Construction to remodel and expand both my kitchen, master bedroom, bath and closet. The owner himself, Patrick Martin, personally came out and to give me a quote. He was knowledgeable and professional, albeit a few minutes late (he did call to let me know he was held up on another job). His quote was very competitive with the others I'd gotten, but it was Mr. Martin's vision and expertise that was the tipping point. He seemed to know everything about the construction of my older home built in the mid '60's, the challenges we'd face with my electrical and plumbing systems, and his suggestions were first rate. He caught things the other contractors had overlooked and easily won my confidence. The other issue was that I needed it completed before the holidays when my family would be in town. He had some other projects on the books so he couldn't promise, -made that clear, but he delivered!!! My giant, beautiful chef's kitchen was completed just in time for Thanksgiving. It was such a luxury to prepare our meal in my new big, gorgeous kitchen, with enough room for everyone to congregate and not get in my way! I was so proud of my fabulous kitchen. Marwood really exceeded my expectations!!! My bedroom used to be a tiny, dark cave with a very dated bathroom and a single closet (my husband had to use the guest room closet). When Marwood Construction finished, it is now my favorite space in the house! In the master closet we built a large marble island with drawers (including a hidden jewelry safe too, no more safety deposit box needed!), a shoe wall, a separate cedar closet and a sitting area. Our master closet is the envy of all of my friends and I feel like a movie star while dressing. We tripled the size of our bedroom, with floor to ceiling windows, a stone fireplace and french doors leading to a private patio. It is truly the master retreat I've always wanted! Overall, I couldn't be happier with Marwood Construction. I plan to use them again to update the family room. They were very timely, cleaned up their mess before they'd leave for the day, without any hidden/additional cost. Mr. Martin is the utmost professional and visionary!”

“I had 40 year old galvanized pipe finally give up, resulting with the kitchen and dining room ceilings falling in, right before our sons wedding, with all sorts of relatives coming to stay at our house. Great timing huh!!! GB Contractors came in an told us not to worry, that we got this. GB contractors did a wonderful job replacing the ceilings, the walls an the crown and base moulding, they ripped out the old counter tops and replaced them. They were able to salvage our 40 year old custom cabinets and refinish them, making them look better than new, they did all the work, all we had to do, was pick paint and tile colors, sinks, faucets and light fixtures, basically we ended up with a 21st century kitchen in a 20th century house and they did all this on time an within budget. Finding fantastic contractors that are good to their word these days can be difficult, my wife an I were very fortunate to find GB Contractors. We need a bathroom redone GB, give me shout when you have time.”

“My repairs consisted of many projects first was repairing cracked foundation due to my neighbor running into my garage along with repairing hardyplank and replacing my fence then fixing inside my garage that also was damaged then they did some outside cosmetic work painting etc the job turned out so nice I had them work on the inside of my house replace a toilet fix my ceiling where my roof leaked some more painting redid the floors in both bathrooms and also replaced the carpet in bedrooms Heather help and picked out the carpet and floors and the colors she picked out were perfect I can’t even begin to tell ya’ll what a wonderful job they did they’re very professional showed up on time and so very friendly I highly recommended Amoraz for whatever your project may be Thanks again Heather”

“RHC pretty much remodeled my whole house over 12 weeks. I had received several bids both higher some much higher and some lower. I felt the lower bids where not listening and under estimating the work involved and I would be in trouble as we went along. RHC listened, was thorough and also expressed a number of good ideas. The team was on time, worked hard, kept everything as clean as possible. Ricky checked in daily and made sure everything stayed on track. With most major projects their was some scope creep due to my wife and I coming up with new ideas, RHC listened gave us the cost of anything additional and were more than fair. There were a couple issues along the way, but Ricky stepped in and made sure everything was done right. In the end they did a fantastic job and I will use them again. The house came out better than when it was new construction. In 30 years in Houston this is the best contractor I have ever worked with. I like working with people who are friendly, fair, listen and communicate. RHC is the only team I will hire in the future. I paid them and I still feel like they did me a favor, I cannot thank them enough.”
