“I originally hired Dan to simply remove the shelving, furniture and molding around the perimeter of my basement to prepare for waterproofing. When the waterproofing was completed and I Dan came back to replace the items he had removed, he asked what my plans were for the basement and suggested that with a nice dry basement, why not put tiles on the floor and repaint the paneling to give the basement a totally new and brighter look? Well that was the best decision I made. Dan was quick and careful, cleaned up and 6 years later the basement is as good as ever. I also hired Dan to renovate my bedroom, do my floors and a host of other projects. Reliable , considerate and reasonably priced and he can do anything!”

We had a property in contract within 12 days of being placed on the market. Also, they renovated 2 rental units including full gut bathrooms & retiling floors & walls. After they were done, I was able to rent the upstairs apartment for $375 per month more than before. The lower apartment rented for $250 per month more than before.”

“Working with Abu was a refreshing change of pace - he is a straight shooter, incredibly responsive and not out to take advantage of you. I contacted many roofers and received wildly different quotes from each of them. When I talked to Abu and met with him, I knew that I could trust him to do work on my roof and install a roof deck for me. He made excellent suggestions which helped bring down the cost of the job, he showed up and completed the work quickly and exactly as specified. If I had any questions at all, Abu was on call 24/7 and always happy to help answer any questions I had. This customer service was excellent and nowhere near what I had experienced in the past. He finished the job quickly did exactly what was required. I would recommend him for any work as he did an extremely professional job done without hassle and managed to stay on time and within budget.
