“For the past five years I have contracted Centerline Construction to work on my house in Columbia County, New York. The projects have been diverse, from the installation of a new hot water system to remodeling bathrooms and bedrooms. The quality of the work has always been exceptional, and I have always been very satisfied with the end result. They listen carefully to my requests, and I am particularly impressed with their efforts to understand my personal aesthetic and vision. A recent example of this involved the installation of Moroccan tiles in my kitchen and bathroom. This project was quite difficult given these handmade tiles were often uneven and each a little crooked, which to me was part of their special appeal. Centerline was able to accommodate this variety and I now have beautiful, perfectly laid floors in an old-world style that blends magnificently with the rest of the house. In regards to the cost, Centerline's estimates have always been accurate and very fair. I would surely recommend Centerline Construction to anyone who wants to have a job done right and, at the same time, aesthetically pleasing. I am most impressed with the company’s high level of integrity and their warm customer-oriented style.”

“Brian and his crew completed a renovation/ Timberpeg addition on my home in Berkshire county Ma . They did a great job removing the gable end of house and married up the new Timberframe 2 story addition. It was a very intricate project and his team did a great ( with terrible weather conditions) to keep our home useable with temporary walls and weather tight . The end result is a beautiful Timberpeg great room and lower level home gym .”

“Two decorative columns on my front porch were replaced and looked exactly as they should - even though they are fiberglass, they look like the original wood and were installed without a hitch. I also had two hand rails and banisters made of pressure treated wood installed and they were custom fitted to the columns perfectyly. I am very satisfied with the work done by everyone involved. They were professional, prompt and clean. They even called to do the job earlier than the projected date.”

“We engaged Riga to build our house on South Shore Road in Salisbury, CT. The home is now 10 years old but has stood the test of time in terms of wear and tear in the real world. I often comment on how well built the house is and that even during storms and high winds, how tight and snug the house remains. The quality of the workmanship is very high. The workmen were courteous and dependable. We have been very pleased over all.”

“Rob is a complete professional. Honest and full of integrity and the most knowledgeable tradesperson I have encountered and I have hired many over the past 30 years of owning homes. He can pretty much do it all from basic carpentry to finished work including cabinet making. He can also do plumbing, electrical, laying tile, etc. etc. Furthermore, he doesn't mind doing work that is well below his skill level if that is what is required to finish the job. You would be a full not to hire him.”

“BRJ recently finished renovating our kitchen as well as removing a vinyl sunroom and replacing it with a stickbuilt structure. We cannot say enough good things about the entire project start to finish. Our kitchen is now a dream come true, both functional and beautiful. Our sunroom is better than we could have imagined. First and foremost, the crew and sub-contractors at BRJ Builders were not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind and respectful. It was evident that they genuinely cared about the work they were doing and ensuring that we were satisfied every step of the way. I'm a teacher and therefore, was often home before their work for the day was complete. Every single person who came to work treated my home as if it were their own and me with the utmost respect. We loved getting to know the crew and while I'm happy to have a complete project, I'll admit we missed them when they left. Additionally, I was consistently impressed by how tidy the crew left our house each day. Despite the inevitable chaos that comes with a construction project, they took great care to clean up after themselves, leaving our space organized and livable. It made a significant difference in maintaining our peace of mind throughout the renovation process. My dog and children were still able to play and live and I didn't spend my time worried. Most importantly, the finished project exceeded all of our expectations. The attention to detail and craftsmanship demonstrated by BRJ Builders was truly remarkable. Every aspect of the renovation was meticulously executed, resulting in a beautifully finished space that we are proud to call our own.
