“My Wife and I had Alair homes do a complete renovation on our main floor in a new home we purchased. Their team was amazing to deal with. They kept on budget and stuck to their time line. “Afshin is a very knowledgable builder and I was able to trust him to take care of the project from beg to end, and ensure it was build within the reasonable timeframe we requested. During the project, whenever there is an issue arise with the contractors, Afshin would always step in to assist in resolving the problems. The quality of the home was very good, we have been living in our home for close to 5 years and the conditions are very good. There was no major defects at all. We will definetly choose Afshin to be our builder for our next home.”

“I am happy to provide a review for the team at Lumara Homes, who did a full gut and renovation for our older home in Forest Hill, Ontario. I must say, this was an impressive project, and the team did an amazing job from start to finish. First, let me start with the design process. They provided in-house design services, which included 3D renderings, drawings, and obtaining the necessary city permits. This made the design and planning process very smooth and efficient. The team was very professional, and they took into consideration our ideas and preferences to create a design that suited our tastes and needs. The renovation was a full gut job, and the crew ensured that everything was done to the highest standard. The guys were very efficient and worked tirelessly to ensure that the project was completed on time. They were also very friendly and pleasant to work with. In fact, they were so easy to work with that we now feel like family! The finished product was absolutely stunning. The luxury finishes added an extra touch of elegance to the home, and it now feels like a brand new property.
