“Level Up Home Remodeling has been great to work with. The project management by Ellie and Chase was above and beyond we could imagine. We contracted them for an addition of 1100 Sq. Ft. including relocating out kitchen, Leveling up the living room and adding two bathrooms to the house. The promises were delivered and we got a beautiful home to share with our family. “Troy and Mick were respectful & professional while spending the better part of 8 months in our home renovating our upstairs to create a walk-in closet and playroom area, replacing our railings & bannisters, while also finishing our basement. Pricing was done on an hourly basis. Custom work was completed on a featured reclaimed barnwood wall and walnut bar top as well as the railings & bannisters.”

“We spoke with numerous builders and started our building project with one other builder before finally finding Freese Custom Homes, and are so glad that we found them and decided to have them build our home. Todd was amazing to work with from the very beginning planning process all the way through to following up after we moved into our home. Instead of working with an architect, we had Freese Custom Homes design our house based on some ideas we had and are incredibly happy with the floorplan and design we ended up with, not to mention the cost savings over using an architect. Todd was able to design a house that was laid out just like we wanted, and also made sense from a builder's perspective so there were no architectural surprises during the building process. Communication throughout the build was great, which was very important as hiccups related to covid supply issues arose. Todd was able to work around all of the issues that came up and found reasonable alternatives when the selections we chose were no longer available. The end product is above our expectations and we couldn't be happier about how it turned out. If I had another building project in the future, Todd would be my first choice without hesitation.”

“We hired this company in 1991 to custom build our 3200 square foot home. This is a family owned business and at that time was owned and operated by Mike Ritzman's mom and dad. They were terrific. They were on time, they were pleasant and they even returned some of our money. In the ensuing years I have had them remodel a rental property I have, plus a $30,000 repair when a large tree fell onto the roof. A couple of years ago I had them build a custom garage of about 1550 feet. This is the $50,000 - $100,000 listed in this review. Once again they did it on time and on budget. I wouldn't go anywhere else for work, whether new construction or a remodel.”
