“My husband and I hired Frame Bros in 2022, shortly after we moved into our home to design and develop our basement. I cannot not recommend them enough! Right from our initial consultation the level of professionalism and industry knowledge far exceeded other companies we had consulted with for the project. Brad was patient during the design process, he was able to offer his industry expertise, while listening to our long list of wants/needs, and designed us the perfect floor plan. Our basement is complete with a home theatre, beautifully designed millwork, a bar area/entertainment area, a full gym, two bathrooms and a bedroom. During the renovation process, his team was very respectful while on site, the project was always left clean at the end of each work day. The project was completed within the anticipated timeframe and done within the quoted budget. The outstanding workmanship, detail and level of care to execute our vision for this space, was truly amazing! I highly recommend Frame Bros. They will most definitely be building our next home for us!”

“Rod Wolff and his highly competent team of professional contractors provided us a comfort level not experienced in several previous home renovation projects we have taken on. Our project involved every discipline in house renovations from footings and heated concrete floors to complete teardown of building interior up to and rebuilding; including finishing carpentry. We anticipated issues marrying new to old. Rod's ability to communicate and bring trades and owner's together to problem solve resulted in a working environment that focused on the end goal. Rod understands the big picture and seeks to find balance in everything he does; presenting a clear picture for everyone to understand. I highly recommend Rod and would do business with him again in a heart beat. He surrounds himself with the best contractors and is very approachable and cares. His straight forward and honest approach are attributes we most appreciate. We would definitely look to Rod for any future projects and would recommend him without hesitation. “Jeff has been awesome to deal with! After a parade of "contractors" that made Mike Tyson look professional and level headed, we gave it one last chance and met with Jeff after seeing his ad on Facebook. When I found out he used to work as a Site Supervisor at a larger builder here in Calgary, I could instantly tell that he understood how hiring a contractor is just as much about customer service as it is the work. Jeff was helpful, and genuine. Most surprisingly, he gave me a quote and while I expected it to be 15% higher than the quote, he stuck to every dime! I didn't have to wait weeks for a quote, and I didn't have to wait weeks for the work. Surprisingly enough, through his contacts his HVAC guy ended up being the same guy that worked on my home when it was being built. They pulled of a miracle from a previous mess up and fixed the existing work that was already done!”

“We had never built was a custom home builder before building with Matisse Homes so we didn't know what to expect - in the end to go with Kelvin was the best decision we made. He was so easy to work with, he was there to help with all of our decision making, he was always on the job site ensuring things were running smoothly and in a timely fashion. There were no surprises in costs and we knew what we were getting from the beginning of the process. At a time where our friends were building with a custom home builder and having all sorts of problems, budget overages and a 2 year build, from digging the hole in the ground to move in for us was 9 months! He had a great relationship with all of his trades people and they also were very respectful and easy to deal with. We have been in our home for 4.5 years and we still walk into our house and feel the same way we did the first time we saw it complete - and we still say that if we do it one more time, we'll be calling Kelvin.”

“Although DVC has helped us to complete the reno's we had started with others last year (before knowing them) we have come to understand their perfection, professional work ethics as being second to none. We have begun a garage make over with them this month. Inspired by all the great work they have done for us in the past. We joke that the garage is becoming one of the nicest rooms in our home. Their knowledge, no limitation attitude, willingness to work with us and timely fashion of completing projects, make us wish they had been in business when we had started our ranch home 18 years ago!
