He was professional, on time and his quality of finishes were fantastic. He was able to provide recommendations for complimentary trades when necessary and I would not hesitate in recommending him or his services again. The fact that no matter how many times I moved the scope of the project (including adding whole new pieces of work!) you fit us in, worked with all the other trades we had here during our simultaneous pool build and never seemed flustered! Communication, honesty and transparency is second to none - compared to the other local well renowned Brisbane builders (the ones all over facebook and instagram) Chris was a breath of fresh air. Chris has worked extremely hard with us to realise and deliver our ambitious and challenging (oversized!) project in Clayfield. Right in the thick of unprecedented increasing material prices, rising interest rates and availability of labour and materials - Chris has been in the trenches with us, helping us navigate this volatile time in the construction industry, working closely with us to look at options where we can save money. Chris is a problem solver, always positive and has been resilient, a rock for us, in the face of what have been some very adverse and unique situations. We have been so happy and impressed with Chris and his team on our $1m+ project - their professionalism, workmanship, quality of work and work rate is phenomenal. Although our project is not yet finished, we have no doubt that it will meet (and no doubt) exceed our expectations and make reality what we have been dreaming about for the past 6 years. “I've had the pleasure to use Glen as my builder on my last 2 projects. Glen skills and experience made a big difference to my final outcome . He's old school meaning he is honest , arrives early morning and works an honest day’s work , Every day! He cleans up after himself every day! . He is organised and has very good time management. He does what he says he'll do and is a very good communicator . He was open to discussion and potential changes at any time of the construction. He responds to emails , Replies to phones calls and a very nice guy. His product is very good and he's a wonderful builder ! He could be the last of his kind and he's right here in Brisbane . I would highly recommend you request a quote from this man .”

“It is a pleasure to write a testimonial for Stephensen Constructions. My house was built in 1903 and very little had been done in the following century. Stage 1 of the renovation was a complete strip out of the upper level, and new build downstairs to make a two level home. Shane and his team offer a high level of personalised service, their attention to detail is first class, and the team and all contractors were always respectful, approachable and professional. Coming from a design background, I wanted to be involved in the building process. I was always consulted regarding any changes which needed to be made and Shane always responded to any questions I had. We have just completed Stage 2, which was a deck, garages and fences, and once again the process was seamless, with the same high quality finish.
