“My husband and I are thrilled with our new kitchen and bathroom by Palazzo Kitchens & Baths! New cabinets by 6 Square, granite counter tops, under counter LED lights, gorgeous glass tile for the back splash, tall baseboards, raising the ceiling and a vinyl floor that looks like hard wood by DuChateau in the kitchen. Felipe also suggested lowering a wall that opens up the kitchen and family room space. I wasn’t that sold on the idea but it makes a world of difference. New vanity, granite counter top and new faucet /shower hardware, mirror and wall sconces in the bathroom. Both the kitchen/family room and bathroom have new LED can lights and we love the look. The kitchen is a dream to use now and my husband now feels like he is in a hotel bathroom. I really appreciate Palazzo’s beautiful showroom. It is truly a one stop shopping experience for a remodel. They have many simulations for kitchens and bathroom. These are helpful for selecting products and also eliminating choices. Felipe Franca is a powerhouse – professional, knowledgeable and has outstanding design skills. Jennifer in the showroom is an absolute jewel and her knowledge and suggestions were valuable to me. Mark and Oddie in the showroom answered numerous questions during the remodel process. The work crews are hardworking and focused. Ronaldo and Checke – you are masters of your craft. Bryan, Gene, Luis, Santiago, Forstino, Aaron, Juan, Andrew – we thank you for your dedication to give us a beautiful remodel. Pricing at Palazzo is moderate and good value for the money. Customer service is a strong focus at Palazzo Kitchens and Bath. This is true throughout the organization. Making the customer happy is their goal. In our case, they scored big time. “I have been working with Bath Concepts on a ongoing basis for four years now. The staff is so professional in all areas of their business. They go out to my client's houses to take accurate measurements for the custom glass shower surrounds, confirm with me all the details (for example: height, glass thickness, hardware selection, finish color) before the unit goes into production. They go back and install ontime, everytime and they make sure the job is clean and that the client understands that they need to let the shower door caulking cure for a certain amount of time before they can open the door and/or use the shower. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a shower door.”

Her efficient, gracious customer service, and the level of detail and accountability she demonstrated on our master bathroom remodel project was outstanding. Laura, carefully listened to our design ideas and truly understood our likes and wants and was instrumental in assisting us to achieve our dream bathroom. These days it is not often that a sales associate goes beyond the extra mile to ensure a client's piece of mind and satisfaction, however it simply was a pleasure dealing with Laura. “As a professional interior designer for over 30 years, this is the company that I used to remodel my OWN house. I wouldn't trust anyone other that Floor To Ceiling in Elk Grove. 4 years ago, I decided it was time to remodel my house. I had all of the flooring and countertops replaced. Rob, Debbie and everyone else in the showroom are so helpful. They came up with ideas that I hadn't even thought of including the great circular glass tile backsplash in my kitchen. And the installers were wonderful. Temperatures were over 100 degrees the week the work was done. The skies were black due to California fires burning throughout the state. You couldn't even see across the street. But these hardworking people never complained. They got the work done on time, were polite, clean, and very professional. It looks great! I have, and will continue to recommend Floor To Ceiling in Elk Grove to anyone who is considering remodeling. You won't be sorry that you chose the best.”

“I have worked with Kate Brady at General Plumbing supply several times in the past six years. She always provides me with a wealth of information and choices and really understands my projects. In our home remodel, General Plumbing supplied us with everything for three bathrooms and a new kitchen. All the products they recommended were perfect for our house, and at a very reasonable cost. Kate Brady goes out of her way to ensure her clients are satisfied and they warranty all of their sales. I don't think I could buy plumbing from anyone else after receiving such incredible customer service from General Plumbing Supply.”
