“A Direct works with many different vendors. Kraus is by far one of the best manufacturers we partner with. Their customer service department is always on top of their orders, returns, and the occasional damage. They ship out quickly for the amount of orders they receive, and provide us with the tools we need to help sell Kraus sinks and faucets. We also receive great feedback from our Kraus customers. They are impressed with the product, the price, and packaging. Their sinks come protected in a black cloth bag, along with a beautiful hand towel Kraus gives each sink customer. If you are a retail client you can find videos, reviews and more on this brand all over the internet. They provide the best quality for the cost, hands down. We enjoy selling and working with Kraus, and look forward to doing even more business together in 2014.”

The staff at NY Shower Door handles themselves in a very professional manner and are extremely discreet about my customers privacy and personal information. From initial contact , selection, production and installation, I always am informed as to the status of my jobs as well as any delays or changes. As a Contractor you can only imagine the value of not having to chase this information down. The level and quality of there product has always surpassed most distributors as well as there constant update of cutting edge technology in the shower enclosure industry.
