“Having previously worked with Martina and her team on another bathroom in our house, we knew who to go to straight away when it was time for a second project. This time was even easier than the first as Martina knew the style and functionality we were looking for and after an initial visit to the lovely showroom it took just one more trip to confirm the design and make one or two selections. Throughout the process from initial visit to completion, Martina and the InStil team were great, any minor issues being bought to us with solutions already considered and ready to go. We would be glad to recommend InStil to anyone looking to make a change to their home for the better and use a company who not just at produce an fantastic product, but who have great customer service.”

“I can’t speak highly enough of Kit. He was amazing both in the lead up to our work and during the bathroom renovation itself. He was proactive, communicative, courteous always listening and offering his feedback at the appropriate time. The standard of his work was excellent, I cannot fault it, even during problem patches during the renovation, he was positive and thinking outside the box to come up with alternative solutions. “I have a hansgrohe sink tap high pressure. Our hot water pressure was very poor. Saw the company video showing how to make it better with an aerator low pressure mixer. making contact with the company they advised this should work and very kindly sent me one with no cost what so ever. ( A new year gift) I fitted it and it is brilliant. Can't thank you enough Stone & Chrome for saving me the cost of a new tap + fitting for your kind advice and the new year gift. BRILLIANT”

“We were looking for a bathroom company that could offer a professional design service as well as great quality products and installation services. From the moment we went to the Premier Klasse showrooms – both in Basingstoke and Ascot, we knew they were the right company for us. Our designer Lauren who is based in the lovely new Ascot showroom, was warm and welcoming and took the time to really listen and understand our ideas and wants/needs. She came back to us with brilliant designs that we could never have achieved on our own. She has worked patiently with us throughout the design process making changes to achieve the best design going above and beyond to ensure that everything is correct. The installation will take place in the next couple of months once other renovations are completed and we can’t wait to see the final bathroom and shower room come to life.”

He was very helpful in the design stage and gave good advice and ideas and had a real passion for his work, this along with his reviews was the main reason we chose him to undertake the work. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail is to a very high standard and the final result looks great.
