“I have been a StarMark dealer since 2005 and my experiences have been excellent. I specify StarMark cabinets whenever possible. The standard level of cabinet construction is all plywood with 3/4" hardwood dovetail drawers and soft-close. I have toured the factory and the folks there are very capable to build fully custom items as well as the normal offerings in the catalog. Warranty service is amazingly fast and easy. “My home is 63 years with new, Panda cabinets in the kitchen, but no pantry. We knew this prior to buying our home but we the thought it would not be such a big deal. Well, we were wrong. After doing our research, we decided to contact Tim of Design Time, to discuss adding a pantry. Tim came out to evaluate our kitchen space and determined that we could add a pantry to our kitchen and he could match our existing cabinets. We agreed to contract Tim for the project. Throughout the process, he was professional and sent us photos to keep us updated on the creation of the cabinets. I was extremely worried because I felt it would be difficult to match the color of our cabinets. Well, let me tell you, Tim did an outstanding job making our pantry from scratch. He advised that he did not use the pre formed cabinets that one would see at the local big box hardware stores. We were thoroughly impressed with his work, his professionalism and mostly the cost to create the pantry.The installation of the pantry was very smooth. We would totally recommend Tim of Design Time, LLC for any projects, big or small. We look forward to doing more business with him in the future.”
