“My wife and I bought 5 acres of land in order to build our dream house. We interviewed several Architects before selecting Daniel, and we are very happy we chose him. We wanted something different from the typical suburban production house that we had in Circle C Ranch. The design process with Daniel was fun and exciting as we figured out the how to best fit our home to the sloping land. We designed a home that specifically met our site and design goals. Daniel is very creative, really thinks out of the box, but is also conscious of figuring out the most cost efficient way to get what he is looking for and still maintain the integrity of the design.
He was very receptive to our ideas and had positive input and information to help us design an addition to our home. It was a complicated design equation because we had to incorporate ADA livability. His lateral thinking made our ideas for these challenges even better. Can't thank him enough for his professionalism and friendly disposition. He was also very accommodating to our difficult schedules for meetings.

“We hired Ricardo to design our new house and were extraordinarily pleased with the floor plan he produced for our 2 acre lot. Our parameters included: a large open Greatroom/Kitchen/Breakfast area, Dining Room, Living Room, Office, Master Bedroom, and Bedroom #2 downstairs, and then upstairs Bedroom #3, Bedroom #4, and an Activity Room over the 3-car garage. Ricardo took great care to meet our room requirements while also superbly incorporating views of the back yard swimming pool area from the Greatroom, Breakfast nook, Living Room, and Master Bedroom windows. Additionally, he creatively designed a 2nd floor terrace exiting the Activity Room which took advantage of the long-distance western view. Clearly a man who loves his profession, Ricardo was a pleasure to work with. Throughout our association, he always displayed courtesy, high interest and energy toward us as customers. And thanks to his timely work, we'll pour the foundation "on-time" in September of 2013.”

He has an incredible ability to work around obstacles (both financial and physical) to deliver plans that incorporate all of the must haves. He is patient and willing to redraft ideas until the client is in love with every part of the renovation/build. He has been beyond helpful with city approvals and the permit process and has remained fully engaged throughout the build and beyond. Michael is particularly knowledgeable about building materials and can readily recite the pros/cons of just about any stone, brick, insulation, roofing material, paint, finish, etc. that could be used.
