- Before You Build… ENVISION it! ™ AlbuquerqueNM495019
Envision 3D uses 3D rendering as a powerful design tool for remodeling, new home, and interior design, as well as landscape design. Our clients are oftentimes wanting to transform a space or build something new, but are not sure exactly what they want. Even if they do, they fear being dissatisfied in the end because the finished work won't be what they had pictured—or what they thought the contractor was going to provide. Enter Envision 3D... As is commonly seen on home improvement programs, Envision 3D works with each client to create a design concept they love, using a realistic, fully-detailed, 3D model, coupled with a detailed plan. The client is able to virtually “stand in”—even “walk through,” their finished space, before the project even begins. Envision 3D makes the client an active participant in the project, communicating, visualizing, and creating—with us and their contractor and/or architect, or as an empowered do-it-your-selfer. Envision 3D is a professional design firm; we are not licensed architects. Envision 3D does, however, maintain collaborative relationships with licensed and reputable architects, and drafters. If architectural services are required or desired, we are fully prepared to involve a licensed architect into your project. "Before You Build... ENVISION It."™

We design modern, light-filled spaces that are inspired by site, climate, and the authenticity of materials. Our work is contemporary, but we have evolved as architects, designers, and builders within the traditions of vernacular architecture and craft. A successful project evolves from a thoughtful understanding of user needs and aspirations. We work closely with our clients to help them have homes that exceed their expectations, and we are deeply committed to providing exceptional professional services at reasonable rates.

In our studio, the opportunity of “Living with a Garden” is the impetus on every project. In some cases the “Garden” may be a simple aperture to the theater of the skies, while others may be lush plantings of indigenous species that serve to enlarge the interior spaces by serving as extended outdoor “rooms”.

Studio GP, Llc is a full service architectural planning and design firm specializing in sustainable design. Our planning and design team understand each project is unique and requires a sensitive approach to its context, climate and client. We are a small, full service architectural firm established in 1990, combining the architectural and graphic design skills of Patricia D. Willson, AIA, with the architecture and construction expertise of Richard D. Willson, AIA. With a strong emphasis on service, our work includes residential, commercial, hospitality and resort architecture; specializing in design for mountain environments. Our project types vary widely: one year’s work ranged from a 400 SF screenhouse to a 12,000 SF airplane hangar. Much of our work has a similar sense of contextual style. Many of our mountain residences share pitched roofs, deep overhangs and portals; a direct response to the issues of site and climate. We live and work in New Mexico. The majority of our work is up north in Taos County; we also have projects in Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Tijeras and Jemez Springs. Our office is located in Albuquerque, in the University/Nob Hill area. Our home was built in 1947; a small, frame-stucco, 1,000 s.f. box. Over the years we have added on and remodeled, turning our home/office into a living laboratory–giving clients the opportunity to see certain spatial and mechanical concepts firsthand. Whether it's a house or an airplane hangar, the money spent on the architectural fees represents a small portion of the total spent on the project.
