“Jamee designed a custom lake home for our family. She was with us from initial concept thru design. She also handled the entire bidding processing and did all site management for us. She is creative, a fantastic listener, a problem solver, fun, and beyond professional. Jamee became a sounding board and true partner in the entire building process. Her input was invaluable to us! “We were in the middle of a remodel when our house collapsed. I had to get options together as to rebuild on to what was left of our home or to tear down and start new. I outreached to RDS, spoke to Dominic who took my message, and received a call back in record time. Jim scheduled a visit with his structural engineer within a few days to come out to our site. Jim had me come in to design a sketch to build on to the back of our 1800's brick home. The sketch was amazing and came together very quickly. His design process is simple but thorough and allows for changes that he sketches on the spot. Ultimately, we have made the decision to tear down and build new. We do not have the time for a full customized designed from beginning to end but Jim had solutions for us. I feel confident that he has designed the house of our dreams within our budget. He is knowledgeable about building and associated costs. With little to no timeline, Jim manages to fit us in every time I call. The office staff that I have interacted with are friendly with smiles on their faces. I cannot say enough good things about Residential Designed Solutions. I am thrilled that I found Jim and look forward to working with him to get our new house under way. Thank you Jim! After almost a year, we are going home this week. RDS is amazing and Jim is second to none. Thank you RDS!”

“We hired Enjoy Co to do the interior of pretty much our entire house. We had just completed an addition. With the exception of several items we picked out and purchased ourselves, Monique outfitted a master bedroom, great room, laundy/mud room, dining room and family room. At our first meeting, we sat down and described the look/feel we wanted. When we met again, we shared "tears" that each of us had gathered. It was clear we were on the same page--she had pulled many of the same tears we had! We wanted the house to be comfortable. We wanted it to be hip, yet kid friendly. She nailed it! Her use of lighting and mirrors made a huge difference in the house. Out of everything Monique provided, I think there was one thing that we weren't wild about. No problem! She exchanged it with something more to our liking. She also designed our 14 yr-old daughter's room. The only instruction our daughter gave was that she wanted the room to be orange and pink. The room was done while our daughter was away at camp. She came home to a room teenage girls dream of. It was a huge hit with our daughter and all of her friends. And, to make it even better, all of the color was done through accessories. When our daughter would inevitably tire of pink and orange, it was easily (and inexpensively) changeable. Not long after Monique completed the project our house was featured in In Style magazine and was on the German Village Haus und Garten Tour.”

“Anne Rogers Interiors is a great design group! With over 25 years experience, Anne is creative and willing to work on projects large and small. We have worked with her on both. She is easy to work with; she respects your personal style and in fact, will help you determine what that is! She has an excellent eye for color. I have been certain I like a specific color and she will show me a different one with a very subtle difference that pulls a room together perfectly. Anne and her staff are all very considerate of your time and budget. She is not opposed to you looking for an item at a lower price point if that is your desire. Anne interfaces with contractors and other professionals on your behalf with confidence and competence. We are currently renovating an older home with a general contractor but have hired Anne to help us with design details in that home. She designed the tile layout, trim details and has advised us on many other fine points (including the actual layout of rooms that were being altered). Anne will visit the job site often, along with being the point of contact for skilled craftsmen like trim carpenters and tile installers to ensure the design is carried out. She works tirelessly to help her clients achieve a lovely end result and is adept at keeping them calm throughout what can be a bit of a stressful process. Anne is professional, talented and an all around kind person. I highly recommend Anne Rogers Interiors if you are looking for a designer in the Columbus, Ohio area!”

“We hired Steven to take our rough plans and make them into blueprints for a future home. He was very professional and easy to work with. He made our ideas come alive on paper. When wanting to provide more floor space in the master bedroom for our ailing parents, he worked with us to find practical solutions that made the space functional and inviting. We wanted to have wheel chair accessibility in the home and Steven helped us plan ramps and other accessible areas in our home. He was patient with us when we were deciding on ideas. Steven was someone who we would work with again if given the opportunity and his efficiency is very commendable.”

“I am an interior designer who hired Richard Nevil to design the house included in his profile under the name "Hayes Residence" in Kiawah Island, SC. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Richard and found him to be attentive to both the particular design and scheduling specifications that were requirements for this project. It was not an easy house to design because it had to be incorporated among 5 very large Live Oak trees and, as an interior designer with a trove of furniture and art to be included in the house, I had my own very particular ideas for the house. Additionally, we were under a very tight schedule for the design and build and Richard was able to guide the process appropriately such that we received approval from the Architectural Review Board in a record 63 days. Richard works very hard top deliver the homes that his clients dream about and he does so with great patience, care and humor! I whole heartedly recommend him and am happy to say that we remain friends many years later.”

“Heidi was amazing from the beginning. She met with me first to understand what I was looking for in the addition. When she came to our house to measure, she was very professional but could see already things that I had not thought about in the addition. She submitted the plans to the review board and then came with me to the meeting. The board had a change that they wanted and she made that immediately. I was impressed with how well she merged the plan for the addition with the existing house. It was hard to tell that it was an addition. While she was making the changes, my son asked for a window in the mudroom and she gladly did this. I am so pleased with what she designed for us. Not only did it meet our needs of having more than one bathroom in the house, but she gave us storage that we greatly needed. Our addition included a mudroom with a half bath, a master bath and turning my closet into a walk in closet. My neighbors and friends have commented that you cannot tell there is an addition because it blends so well with the original house inside and out. I found Heidi very easy to work with as she was approachable and very considerate about listening to my family's needs. She is a true professional and I would recommend her services to anyone needing an architect.”
