We had already done some research on the Internet and based upon his website requested a face-to-face meeting. Mickey knew just the right questions to ask to help us accurately describe what we wanted in all regards, resulting in drawings that were absolutely perfect! He provided a list of alternative materials we could consider using on the exterior should budget become a concern, and it was very helpful. We even used the builder he recommended, Brad Moore Builders, LLC, and they were exceptional as well. An excellent experience and we thoroughly enjoy the home!”

“We are transplanted Texans who have been living in Illinois for 15 years now. After searching about 11 years for our "retirement property" we finally found the prefect place for us was in Fredericksburg, Texas. Our plan is to build the guest house first and as we liquidate some other assets, we will build the connecting main house. Living in Illinois and trying to build a house in Texas has its challenges. The best thing that EVER happened in this regard is David Naredo! He has been an absolute delight to work with! A former builder, David's knowledge base is remarkable. He is great with not just making design suggestions, but knowing the implications that those changes may make on the overall construction as well. We managed to design our guest house remotely with only 2 face to face meetings. He really knows what he is doing and is such a great guy! His ability to absorb suggestions and make them happen has made this house come to life for us. We are so happy that we found him and cannot offer anything but the highest recommendation for his professionalism and dedication. We look forward to completing this first project and inviting him over for a beer!”

It was imperative that the nominations have professional architectural input. Ryan's knowledge and experience were invaluable to the success of both projects. His helpful attitude, and his ability to meet the deadlines required were exceptional. .His maps for both projects were detailed and correct. His plans and descriptions for The Light House were very professional, and the nomination was approved by the Department of the Interior in 2011.The Goliad project is being completed (2014) by the Texas Historical Commission.”
