“I found David Price by googling architects and looking for the houses I really liked in this area- it turned out he had worked on two of my favorites. I talked to him about my initial ideas, and he presented drawings I really liked, and then I started to tweak the plans. Working with David through the many iterations was always a positive experience. David designed the house and then I had it built from his plans.
As soon as the house was framed, I started to get compliments on the lines of the building. Now that it is finished, it is beautiful, inside and out. Being able to work out custom plans and make all the needed adjustments means I ended up with a home perfectly suited to me.”

“This is a recommendation fo. Eli Grassley, engineer, and Linda Makin, architect of ESG Design. Eli and Linda collaborated with me to on a rather complex renovation, producing architectural drawings and structural calculations for converting an unused attic apace of a 1929 house in the Seattle into a habitable living space, adding almost 500 sq ft. to a house with only about 880 sq ft. on one floor. Though out the process, they were both courteous, quick to respond to my questions and most amenable to the many suggestions I had for changing the design to either create a more efficient use of the space or accommodate material purchases (such as windows) that I made. The cost was most reasonable and I would have no hesitation in either recommending them to other clients or using them again myself. Since their work only involved the design stage and I have not yet begun construction, I do not have any pictures to contribute.”
