Prior to his site visit, I had a plan in my mind to extend the area in both levels, ground and upper floors. His guidance and recommendation in the very first interaction, using the cost versus usable benefit approach, helped me to decide to go with only ground level improvement. This simple decision had a huge positive impact on right scoping of the project.
During the course of detailing of drawings, his providing the drawings as options analysis helped me make choices for specific situations. He provided service in a timely manner, setting the expectations upfront. He provided statement of work, and transparent pricing based on expected hours of work. Overall, I am happy and satisfied to have contracted “RARA Designz” for home improvement design service.”

“Relux built me a beautiful home in Falls Church. The house is similar to the Holmes model and we have not stopped receiving compliments from the neighbors since we moved in. I would have given them 5 stars but the house was just delivered to me and I would like to see how Relux will follow up on the warranty. I have had 3 pre-construction inspection done during the construction phase and all 3 inspectors have told me this is top quality work. We have limestone and stucco on exterior walls, 9'- 11'- 9 ' ceilings in basement, main and upper levels, 2 by 6 construction, marble and standing tub in MBR, good insulation and the list goes on and on. Highly recommend them!”
