We had the best experience, from start to finish. She got to know us and had an amazing understanding of our style, and was able to make suggestions and streamline the whole process. We couldn't be happier with how it came out. “I hired Rebecca Poole to draw up plans for a new 2 car garage that I will be having built. When we met with her, and I explained what we were looking for, she took some measurements to begin work. After a very short time, she notified me that the elevations were done, and after that, the final plans were generated. All of the plans were of excellent quality.....very professional !! Rebecca was a pleasure to work with, and her services were reasonably priced. I highly recommend Rebecca if you are looking for this type of service, and would hire her again in a second if needed. “We met Doug while searching for a new home. Our realtor recommended him to us. We knew we wanted to find a place in town and then renovate it. Doug actually worked with us on 2 posibilities that fell through and then with the 3rd which we bought. He did the leg work on all 3 with the town hall and the building inpector to make sure we could do the renovations we were thinking of for them prior to making an offer. While working with Doug on our plans we found him to be very professional - always willing to meet with us and incorporate the changes in the designs to meet our vision. Doug went above and beyond to make sure our permits were in order. He actually attended 2 different Town Building Design meetings with me to answer any questions they had regarding our plans. He gave us an estimate and stayed true to that .... He worked well with our builder and the job went smoothly. I would definite use Doug again in the future. WE LOVE OUR HOUSE !! It is exactly what we wanted -- thanks to Doug and our builder.”

“Perch Planning is the support we needed to move forward with our home renovation. We have been in our home for 6 years, and knew we wanted to make many updates to this 1968 home. All of the updates seemed interconnected, we anticipated most would be expensive, and we didn't know how to begin planning or budgeting for renovations. Erika's guidance and expertise helped us to prioritize and start the process of some exciting (updated kitchen!) and less exciting but necessary (replacement windows) projects. Erika had us look critically at our house and understand the market. She laid out different approaches for the project, with estimated costs, so that we could make good decisions within a budget with which we felt comfortable. We've elected to continue working with Erika during our project execution phase as well, so she has been helping us with service provider recommendations (she does NOT receive a commission, and encourages getting 3 different quotes) and some basic design support. It's reassuring to be working with someone who knows the industry and can translate the process for the inexperienced or time-strapped people like us.”
