“Shannon performed all architectural design and drawings for our new home. She provided great advice and gave us lots of ideas. Her suggestions were all very useful and we loved the fact that they were very practical but did not compensate on the design in anyway. We (the client) changed our minds on quite a few things over the months of the drawings and Shannon was very patient and met all of our needs. Shannon also provided us with a 3D model which was extremely helpful to see what each room would look like as well as the elevations on the exterior. In summary, Shannon is extremely knowledgeable, hard working, and so easy to work with. We are very pleased with our new home and so grateful to have Shannon's expertise.”

“We hired Darrin at Dwell Design Studio to design our custom home. He was very good at converting our ideas into the actual house plan. Not only that but he was able to work with the topography of the lot to take full advantage of natural light, lake and valley views, and still maintain a desirable aesthetic. Even after the design was complete Darrin helped us with decisions on exterior materials and colours, light fixture styles, and various other elements to ensure the design was unified. “I have worked with Crystal on a few projects now ranging from simple deck additions to complete custom-designed homes. She has an excellent knowledge of not only how people use a space, but how the project needs to be constructed. (a skill I often find lacking from other drafting companies) I am always amazed how she can take my crude line drawings (often on a napkin or other scrap paper) and come up with a highly detailed set of drawings ready for construction.
