“We hired Traci Kelley to draw up our house plans after considering doing it ourselves, realizing that we had gotten in over our heads. We are so glad that we went with her. I was very happy with her from the first meeting. She listened to what we wanted and gave her own input that ended up being far better than what I had imagined and thought of things that I had not considered. Her expertise was greatly appreciated. I got absolutely everything I wanted and more without any costly back and forth, we did some minor changes to the very first draft and that was it. The finished plans are amazing, we can't wait to see our house built.”

I am one of those clients that has a very specific idea of what I want. And Janet is one of those designers that actually listens to what the client has in mind, and then helps them make it even better. She wan't creating her idea of our perfect home, she was helping us create our vision for our home. She was timely and professional, but also has a great sense of humor. Probbably the only negative thing anyone could say about her is that she is a work-a-holic...because she truly loves what she does! Would I hire her again? Absolutely! When a remodeling project recently came up she was the first person that I called. I would recommend her again and again.”

“Steven is drawing the second home for our family. We could not be more pleased with his work. He listens, incorporates what we want, and is very good about communicating with you through the process. I have lived in many homes in my life and my favorite by far is the one Steven drew for us. In fact we loved it so much, he is drawing a slightly modified version for us to build again that take into account the changes in our family. Highly recommend!”

“I was referred to Randall by Travis Nuchia of Trust Builders. As soon as I was put in contact with Randall, he was very responsive and helpful. We conveyed our vision to him and he got to work quickly, turning around a floor plan within the first week! His communication and flexibility throughout the entire process was above and beyond expectations. He even kept it lighthearted and funny while maintaining professionalism. “Kim Gilpatrick (Design Traditions) is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond in all she does. From the beginning of our project (building a new home) she was determined to make it uniquely ours, not a "cookie cutter" design but one created to fit our family and our needs and the vision we had of our future home. Kim spent many hours sitting on our property, sketching and designing the plans to fit the land. She took the time to get to know us and how we, as a family, lived and functioned on a daily basis - whether just us or when we entertained a small or large gathering. She began by drawing up several different "renderings" and from there we gave her our feedback and she would listen, change and create. As we worked through the design process "our home" became a reality. Kim is extremely talented and creative. She truly listened to what we wanted and researched and gathered any and all things that would help to produce the home of our dreams. She enjoys the design aspect and takes pride in designing a project that is distinctive. Once the plans were finalized, Kim didn't leave us to our own devices, but stayed with us through out the building process as well. By doing this, the integrity of the design was maintained. She helped us with the material choices both inside and outside the home. “Mr. Faucheux provided design services for a major addition to our house, a large covered patio with outdoor fireplace and bathroom bordering the backyard pool. After visiting some of Chad's designs at nearby Parade of Homes, we decided to ask him to help us with the project. He agreed and provided excellent design services. We went through several iterations as we changed our minds about walls, AC versus no AC, arches, materials, roof, and ceiling height. Chad provided creative ideas leading to the final design and always responded in a timely manner. He also provided good recommendations on contractors, one of which we used. He was very easy to work with and we would strongly recommend him for any architectural project you may have.”
