“I absolutely LOVED AG & Associates! Rashid is smart and kind. I know that might not seem important but when you are building your dream home it is because the whole process can be very daunting. Rashid LISTENED and took all of our thoughts and ideas to heart. He even went out to our sight and sat there to get a "feel" for our eventual home. He did this because we purchased an older lake home and needed to add on space (2 guest rooms and a large master suite). It was important to blend the old with the new and make it look like the new had always been there...it was very important that it did not look like an addition. He also redesigned the interior space of the old and added a wonderful outdoor space as well. Rashid did all this while staying within our budget (not drawing an over-the-top place that we would fall in love with but never be able to afford). Equally as important is his timely responses to questions and his timely delivery of the plans. We were within a very tight time frame and Rashid delivered. I cannot speak highly enough of AG & Associates. You WILL NOT be disappointed.”

“This past summer we decided to remodel our kitchen using the existing footprint to reduce costs. We were going to do the project design ourselves, but heard about JDS through local contractors and decided to retain Joe Duket based on what we heard about his work. We are very glad we did. Joe was far more creative not only with products but with space and design. He envisioned things we did not, from electrical and plumbing fixtures to cabinets and countertops and were able to see everything before it was done using his computerized model. Highly recommended!”

“After many hours of research in finding the perfect company to draw up my dream home vision from scratch, I found GFD Architectural design. As an interior designer/home stager I know more than the average consumer about design and some aspects of build, so any fluff talk or misleading information wouldn't get by me :) During our initial conversation over the phone, I was immediately impressed with the warm professionalism that the company owner/lead designer Frank Dollar displayed. He obviously was an expert in his field. Throughout the project he worked diligently and promptly, making sure that I was fully aware of the aspects of each stage in the design process. Not to mention his knowledge of carpentry and building came in handy when deciding on design options that could have proven to be more costly during construction. I highly recommend Frank Dollar and GFD design to all those seeking a professional, personable and creative architectural designer and consultant. “My husband and I used FLUX architecture and design to create our dream mountain home..........I know they specialize in modern architecture, but, believe me, they also hit the ball out of the park with our mountain home. Jorge came to the cabin, took our wishes into consideration, and, then totally revamped our entire floor plan..........it was incredible. We actually ended up putting a gorgeous kitchen in the area where there once was a bedroom, and he moved the bedroom to the front of the house, expanding walls and designing the most incredible ceiling ever! We were totally pleased with Flux, and in particular Jorge. He was very easy to work with, detailed, dependable, and was professional as could be. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for their perfect remodel!!”
