“We would like to thank everyone at Gambrick for the personal and professional service that was shown to our family throughout the process of building our new home. I talked to a couple contractors and they were supposed to give me a price and blueprint on building me a new home, but months went by and I heard nothing. I'm so glad I was able to hire John and the Gambrick team. I had an idea of the house I wanted and with their plans we got just as close as we could get. They always kept me informed on everything that was going on, from the drawing of the plans to the actual building of our new home. If I had any questions at all, no matter how big or small, they always took the time to answer them. All of the crew were nice and professional from the beginning to the end. I had a very positive experience working with Lior, the president of the company. Comparing to other construction companies that I have dealt with in the past, I would put Prestige in the top rank. These are the observations from my experience working with Prestige that sets them above and beyond: • They were very resourceful and helpful during the entire project. “I worked with David, the owner, on an extensive and complicated addition to my house. It's been through several owners with previous work done. What is priceless about David was that he remained present and extremely accessible throughout the progress of the project. From coming to the store to pick out materials (and passing on his contractor discount), to layout ideas, and most importantly, how he provided solutions to unforeseen hiccups in the project due to architectural mistakes. My family and I deeply appreciated his dedication to his clients and the success of the project. He truly enjoys his line of work, and he accepts nothing less than perfection from his staff. We are loving the new space, and wouldn't hesitate to use JDDM for our future projects.”

Randy, Jose and their team of contractors got us back into our new home within 6 months of breaking ground. They communicated with us every step of the way and kept our costs under control. In that 6 months, there was never an idle day. Not only did they get the project done in a timely fashion, but the quality of construction is extraordinary. I get compliments every day on our new home and after living there for the past 2 years I can honestly say that there were no shortcuts. I highly recommend Gatehouse for anyone looking to build a high quality home.”

“I had interviewed 10 contractors prior to hiring JAL construction. I was in an area that was hit hard with Super Storm Sandy and Jal Construction had just completed a home around the block from me. I asked the homeowner what his experience was and he had nothing but raving comments. I had two homes to complete because my mom was hard hit as well. So after my mom's architecture plans for her new home was complete I had John come over and give me an estimate. John was very fair in his estimate and the quality of his product was much better than the other contractors. For instance he used solid wood interior doors and Pella professional series where everyone else was using Anderson 100 series and hollow doors. John was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process constantly checking in to make sure everything was as we wanted. I also liked the fact that he would do one home at a time which made the process much quicker. I was so impressed by the quality and workmanship that I hired John and Jal Construction to do my house as well and I was equally impressed”
