“We spoke with numerous builders and started our building project with one other builder before finally finding Freese Custom Homes, and are so glad that we found them and decided to have them build our home. Todd was amazing to work with from the very beginning planning process all the way through to following up after we moved into our home. Instead of working with an architect, we had Freese Custom Homes design our house based on some ideas we had and are incredibly happy with the floorplan and design we ended up with, not to mention the cost savings over using an architect. Todd was able to design a house that was laid out just like we wanted, and also made sense from a builder's perspective so there were no architectural surprises during the building process. Communication throughout the build was great, which was very important as hiccups related to covid supply issues arose. Todd was able to work around all of the issues that came up and found reasonable alternatives when the selections we chose were no longer available. The end product is above our expectations and we couldn't be happier about how it turned out. If I had another building project in the future, Todd would be my first choice without hesitation.”

“We hired this company in 1991 to custom build our 3200 square foot home. This is a family owned business and at that time was owned and operated by Mike Ritzman's mom and dad. They were terrific. They were on time, they were pleasant and they even returned some of our money.
In the ensuing years I have had them remodel a rental property I have, plus a $30,000 repair when a large tree fell onto the roof.
A couple of years ago I had them build a custom garage of about 1550 feet. This is the $50,000 - $100,000 listed in this review. Once again they did it on time and on budget. I wouldn't go anywhere else for work, whether new construction or a remodel.”

What I appreciate most about Sapphire is their commitment to their Tag Line "Built to Last". Most folks never get to see what is behind the walls, these homes are built very well. Two other areas that are important to both me and my clients is the effort that Sapphire goes to in an effort to make a sale happen and make it a good experience, they are very fair to deal with, this is unusual for most Home Builders in my opinion. Next is what happens after the sale, Customer Service and Follow up are the Best I have experienced. With other Home Builders I have dealt with Customer Service is often an after thought and it means I have to hound them to satisfy my clients, not the case with Sapphire, they get it done, they want satisfied customers and they do deliver. I highly recommend Sapphire Homes if you are looking to purchase a New Home.”
