“Steve and his crew at Made to Last Building Renovations did the installation of our commercial millwork in the Shaw Retail store in Victoria. The project was very complex containing wood columns, hanging wood bulkheads, oversize wood panels that needed to be scribed to drywall. Steve and his team had no difficulty with this install and executed it to a high level of quality. Communication was really good, they answer their phones when I need to get a hold of them and they are proactive on updating us on the status of the job. We are based out of Calgary AB, so it can be difficult to manage a job from out of town, Made to Last pretty well managed the entire install of the project. Billing and was fair and professionally done and there were no change order surprises.
We would most certainly use Made to Last Building Renovations again in the future and are happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a solid, honest, quality oriented contractor.”

“We used Viceroy homes to build our custom home 9 years ago, and were very pleased with the quality of the materials that the company provided and the competitive price for these materials. The wood they use is top quality and they have exceptionally nice windows. They also provide Hardi siding with the building package, and will provide all the materials needed to complete the shell of the home. They do have some excellent designs for a variety of homes, but will do custom home designs. However, if you do a custom design, make sure that everyone understands the plans completely, as there could be some kinks to work out before the home goes into construction. Their customer service was excellent. We have been in our current home 8 years, and have been very pleased with how things have lasted. In fact, due to our positive experience, we are again using them to build another custom home, and once again the customer service has been excellent, and the price for the quality of materials is very competitive. Thus far, the only major challenge we have had is finding framers in our new area who are familiar with the panelized construction that Viceroy offers. Viceroy has offered to be helpful in explaining the process to potential framers, which is greatly appreciated.”
