“Capitol City Homes built a house for my wife and I, which we moved into at the end of October 2014. From the house floorplan and exterior design to the quality of materials and finishes inside, we've been extremely happy with our purchase. Capitol City Homes was able to accommodate our various requests to "customize" the house to our liking, and was willing to correct the minor issues we found during our pre-closing walk-through. I am particularly impressed with the attention to detail (bookshelves in the bedroom, unique backsplash in the kitchen, finished garage floors, etc.) that was shown in the construction, and the quality of all of the craftsperson work throughout the home.
After living in the house for ~ 3 months, I can say that I'm happy every morning when I wake up when I realize that the house I have is actually mine!”

“Raleigh Custom Homes does a remarkable job! The company is one of the only companies that I know of that has experience across the entire spectrum of residential home building and selling in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. I had them build my dream custom home in North Raleigh, which they were able to meet and exceed all of my expectations. The building process was quick, very detailed, appropriately priced, and they let me use their designer to create a dream come true. However, I found their real value when I needed to sell my old house. Their real estate company was able to assess my current house, give me a list of exactly what needed to be done to get it ready to sell. They gave me access to their network of contractors who were able to paint and fix little things at a bargain price. Then they helped me move some of my clutter out and used their designer furniture to help stage my house. Maybe it was luck, but I had two offers almost as soon as the sign was put out front of the house! Overall, I was very pleased to have such a congruent company help me through this process. Their builders, designers, real estate agents, and contractors know exactly how the process works and saved me time, hassle, and money.”

“We recently closed on our Terramor home in Apex, NC and couldn't have had a more positive experience. We actually built the house from 2,000 miles away, so weren't able to check in on the progress every week like we would have if we'd been local. Terramor was very communicative- always keeping us informed of what was happening, but not burdening us with small details. They made the whole experience so pleasant-- letting us know which meetings were most important for us to attend in-person and which ones could be done over the phone or via FaceTime.
We had several unusual requests in terms of upgrades and changes we wanted to make to the floor plan and finishes. Each of these requests were met with a willing attitude, a reasonable price, and creativity to make our vision for our home a reality.
Lenn, Jenn, and John were all consummate professionals and a true pleasure to work with. Even after closing, they've been quick to respond to any questions or concerns we've had.
Our home is simply beautiful- my husband and I just commented to each other last night how much it already feels like home. I would say that I plan to use Terramor in the future, but I don't ever want to move again!!”

“Our realtor suggested building a house when we could not find an existing house that we wished to purchase. He recommended Homes By Dickerson based on their reputation for quality and semi-custom homes. We have been very involved in process and despite the usual and expected occasional communication issues, are very pleased with home. It is difficult to rate cost, because all of the homes are so different and not very comparable, unless a customer is a contractor familiar with costs. It was extremely helpful that the representative arranged for us to tour some houses already built in order for us to make decisions on floor plans and details that are hard to imagine otherwise.”
