“After using him about 10 years ago for our 3 bathrooms, we decided to totally redesign our kitchen to not only update the room but to create a more usable living space. He spent many hours listening to what we wanted to achieve and translating those ideas into plans. He also created custom cabinets and a huge island for us using materials that he recommended for our lifestyle and tastes. Highly recommend - will be using again!”

“I called Scott at LTB Propoerties in a bind: the condo above mine had a significant leak which came through the ceiling in my unit's living room and brought half the ceiling down. I called Scott on a Thursday and he was able to get in there, inspect it, and do the demo work on Friday. By Monday, the sheet rock was hung and sealed, and by Tuesday, it was painted and looked like nothing had ever happened. Scott's responsiveness meant minimal inconvenience for my tenant. He was professional and extremely responsive, even helping me by providing before/during/after pictures for the insurance claim I had to make. Scott and LBT Properties came highly recommended by a friend, and I would DEFINITELY recommend him.”

“Burlock Interiors had the pleasure of working with Quatrefoil on a designer showhouse in 2012. They installed a loft and all our wood paneling for us. It was then that we learned that they are general contractors of the highest caliber. This year, they invited us to style one of the kitchens they designed (and built) for a photo shoot. And it was the same thing. Amazing work. Our services certainly overlap. We design kitchens too! The point is, we know great work when we see it. If you want something beautiful in your home to show off to your friends and family, this company is one-stop-shopping. Seriously.”

“The kitchen/dining area in our Shandaken (Catskills), NY house--built in 1967 as an uninsulated hunters' lodge--was on its way out. The oven no longer worked, the third of the three refrigerators we went through was utterly inefficient, the cabinet drawers often stuck as if they were cemented in place! Long story short: Dan Dwyer and his excellent and friendly crew gutted the area, added insulation, installed recessed lighting, rewired extensively, and revamped the plumbing (so that we no longer need to crawl under the house to drain the pipes in winter). They installed the new cabinets perfectly. They removed a wall to extend the small kitchen. All that and more was AFTER Dan himself suggested a new design, including removing the wall, which worked beautifully. When we saw what his crew accomplished with the kitchen (where they discovered and eliminated mold, an unexpected health benefit), and noted the exquisite tiling of the new floor and back splash, we asked them to sand and poly the floor and staircase in the adjacent living room, install insulation there as well, and replace the molding (his suggestion, not ours). We could go on forever: Hire Dan and his people; you will be delighted.”
