“I have had the pleasure of working with the owners of Trinity Estate Homes for one of the custom homes they were building in 2012. They are a young company with young professional clients building larger traditional, quality homes in the Memorial Villages area of Houston. I assisted a young couple with the finish selections for the large home. Trinity uses a professional contracting tracking system for the scheduling of all work and tracking of the finishes, which the client can log into to check the status of their home progress. I recommend this builder to anyone who is looking for a custom builder with solid experience, and also has the construction crews to keep the project moving forward and on schedule.”

“Doing a first time home remodel is scary wondering if you've got the right company for the job. Res Com was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. In some areas, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted and George gave me wonderful ideas, which I used many of them (thanks George). Project manager, Mike, was always available and made special trips just to check out some questions I had the same day. The subcontractors were professional and courteous. The job was completed by the completion date quoted in the bid and there were no surprises money wise at the completion of the job. Everything stayed within the quoted budget unless I made changes myself. When things popped up and they usually do with remodels, the Res Com team handled everything promptly and professionally. Overall the experience was very good and I will definitely use them again for my master bath remodel. Thanks again George, Mike and the rest of the Res Com team. Job very well done.”

“We are so sad to be losing Sarah St. Claire as our Coventry sales counselor. Sarah has been a wonderful part of our home buying process. She made the contracting and design process understandable and as easy as it could be. We are purchasing from out of town and she made sure that every accommodation was made to allow the process to be as easy and convenient for us. While our house was(is) being built she kept us regularly updated on progress and let us know what to expect next. Sarah would even go out and take photos and videos for us! Again, as out of town buyers this was such a great thing for us - and I have will also be so thankful. As questions randomly came up, Sarah always took my call and had always been so patient. We are hopeful that Coventry will bring in someone as good as Sarah to see us through our home buying process - but her shoes are pretty big to fill.”
