“We hired this company to remodel a bathroom and kitchen, finish an attic bedroom, repaired plaster ceilings, repaired floor in primary bathroom and updated some wiring. They did very good work, the job looks great and I will hire them again. The bathroom was gutted to the studs and started over and redone in a modern design, although the fact that the shower was tiled it was a little expensive, but we love it. I personally did not prefer the mirror that was chosen, but it does work. I had designed the kitchen and the execution of the design is excellent. The door needed to be moved to accomodate the refrigerater and the ceiling needed to be repaired in order to install the cabinets correctly. The attic bedroom looks great, but the option of drywalling instead of paneling was not offered but could have worked out better. The paneling was not secured to all the rafters and has some sagging. They are easy to work with and have good work ethics and strive to satisfy the customer.”

“We are building a new custom home with Jim Thomas. The house is almost complete and so far we have had no complaints. Many builders are hard to reach personally and take a long time to return calls. However, with Jim this is NOT the case. He's very reachable and returns my calls in a timely manner. He gave me his personal cell number and returns my texts and calls personally. He's been very patient with all my concerns and questions. He built 3 other homes on the same street and the work is beautiful (from the outside).
Again, we are not finished but hope and believe that we will still be as happy with the finished product. Started project in Sept/Oct of 2015”

He's an excellent framer and installed several extras including hurricane straps, surround sound and ethernet in every room. He understands geothermal systems, and has a long history in the construction field.
He also helped us flip a house, remodeling it with a creative second floor addition and new kitchen that came in below budget.
