We initially contacted a total of six different contractors in the Gainesville area and chose Golden Hammer because of their detailed, itemized estimate that made us feel they had a good understanding of what we wanted done. Shawn and Drew always returned our calls and emails promptly and were polite, professional, and respectful. “We went to see Cindy Walters with Riverside Homes at the end of July of 2017. We ended up purchasing and building a home. Cindy was in contact with us every step of the way and never hesitated to answer any questions or concerns I have had. The superintendent Bobby has also been in constant contact throughout our home building process. An owner of Riverside Homes personally introduced himself to us at our closing, saying he hoped that we loved our home, etc. Riverside Homes takes an interest in their customers and goes above and beyond for them. Our home is as every bit as amazing as I hoped it would be from the granite countertops in my kitchen to the amazing design of our master bath.
