“When you decide to build a new home/addition it can be out right intimidating with getting permits and all the decisions to be made. My husband and I decided to build a small home on our property for my parents and started taking on the daunting task of getting permits ourselves. We finally realized it was time to get help and find a contractor. We found Frank and Riki through other reviews and had an amazing experience from the very first meeting. They are a great team and were able to move the permitting process along quickly and with more ease than us alone. The workers they hired were respectful of our property and did an amazing job. Frank is very knowledgeable about his field and Riki keeps things on track and helped us so much with the interior of the home. They kept in contact every step of the way and made an experience that started out miserable much more enjoyable as it should be when building a place you will call home. We turned to Tiffany Homes to rebuild our house, but what we got was our dream home and we couldn't be more pleased.
Both the owners Steve and Tiffany are very experienced, knowledgeable, professional, honest, friendly and fun. They clearly communicated what to expect in regards to the process, budget, timelines etc. The building process (so we've heard) can be a very stressful process, but with their help and guidance we found it to be non-stressful and we enjoyed every step.
Steve was an expert at guiding us through the selection of materials and his in depth knowledge through years of building gave us a better understanding of the quality, cost and our return on investment when making decisions. The relationships he's built through the years with his contractors showed with the respect they had for him, the quality of workmanship he expected and the incredible timeliness in which jobs were completed.
Tiffany accompanied us every step of the way helping us stay true to our vision of the style we wanted in our finishing touches. She guided us to product dealers who we found to be professional, with good reputations and true integrity. We never felt overwhelmed in the selection process because Tiffany had earned our trust and we could count on her to not let us make a crazy design decision. Her eye for color and tasteful finishes help us create a home with continuity, beauty and little surprises in each room that are simply timeless.
