“Buying a new home was a daunting challenge for us, and we looked at several builders in the Hampton Roads area before selecting Napolitano. We were attracted to and eventually chose them because of the variety of open floor plans and the "standard" options (that we couldn't find at most of the other builders). Bottom line is we have been extremely satisfied with the entire building experience. The construction process was very straightforward and we are really enjoying our new home. We were kept informed throughout the entire build by the sales agent (Tara) and site manager (Danny). They truly represented professionalism and top notch customer service to us, and answered all questions quickly and efficiently. Tara and Danny had to work with us through a very demanding winter but were able to get us in the home on time, in fact the close date was within 1 week of the estimate given to us at the start of the process. We absolutely love our new house and appreciate the quality construction and customer service. We have been in the home for about two months and have had nothing but quick and direct answers on any questions we have had. Shows, to me at least, that the company sticks by its product which is something I greatly appreciate. I would recommend Napolitano if you are looking for a new construction home. “We just had a home built with CHOV, and we love it! I'll give you a condensed review and a long review. Short review: Kenton, Jonathan, Wakelin, and everyone at CHOV is top-notch and professional. We got our home at the highest quality for a great price with no frustration. Long review: The process started when I emailed Jonathan to set it all up and met with Kenton and Jonathan. We had something very specific in mind that we wanted and they let us drastically change one of their most popular floor plans and drew up new plans, none of this cost us a dime. When we got everything settled, they handled everything with purchasing the land for our house and we went through the selection process and met with Tracy, the designer who was great. She listened to everything we wanted and guided us with selections that fit our look. Over the next few months, they worked on our house and were in constant communication. We knew broad strokes everything that was going on. Kenton even met with me at the house to work something out that we really wanted. One of the things that I loved about working with CHOV is that everything was as custom as we wanted it. Anyone who's built a house that I've spoken with has complained about having to pick out every, single detail. At CHOV, they listened to anything that we wanted, but didn't stress us out with every detail. Any detail that we wanted, we got. Anything we didn't stress over, Tracy got done fitting in with our style, and it looks amazing. There were a few issues along the way, as anyone building a house will experience, but they were handled very well. The first was very minor, I'd have to reach out to Jonathan a couple times on occasion to hear back, but I always did hear back, and he was always helpful. I don't know how many homes CHOV was working on at the same time as ours, but I always felt like a priority. The other issue came from our bathroom having to be remodeled because of the previously mentioned floor plan changes. There was a simple miscommunication, they thought we had seen the plans when we hadn't. It all got worked out though. If you are wondering about whether or not to build with CHOV, I would gladly recommend them to anyone!”
