“Jim Falisi and Justin remodeled my kitchen/dining room, they gutted my dining room and kitchen and made it one beautiful enormous kitchen. It is perfect, we love it! Their work was professional, showed up every day, work was completed much quicker than we anticipated. They cleaned up after themselves every day and there were no hidden fees, it was completed as quoted. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.”

“Starting in February 2015, my husband and I contacted the builder since we knew they were building houses in the Darley Green community. We made an appointment and spoke with both Amy Maluski & Whitney Wright, who made quite an impression with me! They were both kind, informative and above all -- HONEST. We made it very clear, upfront, that we had to move from our apartment in October and that we had a list of "must-haves". Both ladies went over the whole process and showed us the model home. We were FLOORED on how beautiful the townhomes really are and how much open space there is! We immediately put our deposit down, as we knew that Darley Green is where we wanted our FIRST HOME to be and we wanted Montchanin Builders to build it for us! Throughout the whole process (which lasted eight months), Whitney was in constant contact with us and answered any AND all questions that I had to the best of her ability. She went out of her way to actually go to the builders on our behalf to move up our settlement date by a couple of days, so we could have time to move everything out of our apartment. Please know that the builders did a fantastic job with our home and with the selections that we made (with Whitney's help), our home looks FABULOUS! I would highly recommend Montchanin Builders, the Darley Green community and above all Whitney Wright to help anyone out with obtaining a new home!”

“I am an interior designer that has worked on several of Toll Brothers higher end homes in Irvine and Yorba Linda. In my dealings with the properties, they are well built. With many new homes, especially flipped homes, I always run into quirks, imperfections etc. and that has never been the case on these homes. Some of their homes have great floorplan layouts, and some not so great, but that is just my opinion. I guess there is a plan for everyone. Great builder!”
