Kevin assigned us a spectacular project manager who is in touch with us every day to let us know where we are in the process, keeping us informed and at ease. They also provide weekly reports on our budget/expenses keeping us on track and within budget. Everyone warned us about the stress that comes with building our own home. “4G took our wooded lot and made it into more than we ever expected! After moving into the Mooresville, NC area and trying to find that "perfect house" we were at a loss. It wasn't until buying a lot in Falls Cove and meeting with Sam Gandy that we started to think that finally we may have found our answer! We moved into our new home on April 11, 2014 and finally we have our "perfect house". 4G is extremely professional but also make you feel like part of their extended family. They never leave questions or concerns unanswered. They made sure I got what I wanted and always made sure I was happy with every phase of the construction. They made our part very simple it was in no way overwhelming and even let me send them pictures from Pintrest and other websites when I had ideas! Sam and or Quinton were on my job site daily to make sure the progression of my house was where it needed to be. I love my home and I am thankful everyday that I get to live here. I am 1000% happy that we were fortunate enough to get 4G to build our home. It was a fun experience getting to build this house and would always recommend them to any family or friend looking to build their "perfect house".”

“I hired Carolina Timberworks to build 9 radius trusses for a home in 2012. I got a fast accurate and very detailed estimate of EXACTLY what was and what was not included in the price. Carolina Timberworks came out to measure once and we installed them a few weeks later. All the trusses fit perfectly and the craftsmanship was top notch. Everyone at Carolina Timberworks was friendly, helpful and easy to work with. It has been two years since the beams were installed and they are still as beautiful as ever!
