They have been great to work with in all roles of the company, Ed has been enthusiastic and passionate about all of our projects throughout despite the differing work, the Artifex team are professional on site and work tidy and efficiently and any sub contracts have been easy to work with. The key strength of Artifex is the quality of the work and attention to detail which has been a consistent over the last 5 years. The work is always completed within a sensible timeframe and within budget. As a surveyor / developer they have made it very easy for me to work with them and I would highly recommend to anyone.”

“We have worked with Andy on several building projects. He is an extremely reliable and trustworthy individual. He has managed our projects with the utmost professionalism being very transparent throughout. Andy being very hardworking and focussed has always taken on full responsibility for our projects which meant minimal supervision was required from our end. This was a great positive for us as both of us work long hours and have very little time to focus on these projects. Knowing how much the projects meant to us and how little time we had on hand Andy ensured they were completed to our satisfaction. This meant we could go on for weeks without having to really worry about the work being done or visit the site and be rest assured it was in good hands. He constantly updated us on the developments and reminded us on tasks ahead . Our neighbours have also passed compliments on Andy and his team on several occasions mentioning that they have not met such hardworking builders. He is very resourceful and well networked with various distributers ,etc.. and has enabled us to buy building materials at better prices . In the end we have always been very pleased with the results. You can always tell that he has put his heart and soul into the job. We would recommend Andy and would always go back to him for future projects.”

“Dave completed a full extension at the back of our house. He was extremely professional throughout and both his own team and subcontractors were really friendly and respectfully. Dave ensured that each night the site was tidied and there was not an accumulation of builders rubbish left around the outside of the property. He was full of little ideas that helped tweak the internals to great effect. . We also did not have to project manage the build as Dave took care of this. Since the completion of the build, Dave has stayed in touch and helped out with any additional snagging or issues we have had. I would definitely recommend him not just for the quality of his work but also for who he engaged with us and made the project really straight forward.”

“We decided to extend our lounge to the side of our property into a narrow 7ft gap taking our property to the party wall. It was a tight and tricky space to build in. This did not faze Matt and his team at all. We encountered the first lock-down a week prior to commencement of works but Matt stuck to his word and started as soon as he could in May. Despite the challenges of working with COVID, the Beswick workforce were amazing; hardworking, professional and polite. They always left the site tidy and secure at night and were always positive and friendly. There were challenges along the way which they handled perfectly. When our 21ft steel arrived, we watched with awe at the ingenious way they got it into position. Everything went to plan was delivered on time and within budget. A job very well done and we are delighted with the result. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beswick and we would definitely use them again (Matt, when can you do my porch?!). Thanks to all the team, you made the whole process painless and fun!”

Steve made sure he took into account the main things we wanted from our new kitchen and incorporated them all into the new design. Steve and his guys worked to a very high standard . Our new kitchen looks perfect ! They are certainly perfectionists when it comes to finishing kitchens. We were extremely satisfied with the whole process , from start to finish And would not hesitate in recommending Steve & Rob to our family and friends.”
