“I have both Sold and Listed New Homes for Sapphire Home NW. I have been selling and listing New Homes since 1988 working with several New Home builders. What I appreciate most about Sapphire is their commitment to their Tag Line "Built to Last". Most folks never get to see what is behind the walls, these homes are built very well. Two other areas that are important to both me and my clients is the effort that Sapphire goes to in an effort to make a sale happen and make it a good experience, they are very fair to deal with, this is unusual for most Home Builders in my opinion. Next is what happens after the sale, Customer Service and Follow up are the Best I have experienced. With other Home Builders I have dealt with Customer Service is often an after thought and it means I have to hound them to satisfy my clients, not the case with Sapphire, they get it done, they want satisfied customers and they do deliver. I highly recommend Sapphire Homes if you are looking to purchase a New Home.”

“Troy and Mick were respectful & professional while spending the better part of 8 months in our home renovating our upstairs to create a walk-in closet and playroom area, replacing our railings & bannisters, while also finishing our basement. Pricing was done on an hourly basis. Custom work was completed on a featured reclaimed barnwood wall and walnut bar top as well as the railings & bannisters.”

“We selected Buchan to build our dream home after a long and extensive search. Our project had a lot of special challenges including access, shoreline restrictions and a schedule which had us out of town most weeks. So we were looking for a builder with a proven track record, someone who would be highly flexible while also bringing an innovative and fresh perspective to guide us. Despite having built before this project was more complex so complete trust was also essential. Buchan rose to the occasion and wholly came alongside us. Surely Buchan had many other projects going besides ours but we'd have never known it. It felt like they were building just for us. They were expert guides, leaning in where we needed it, backing off where we were firm. It was both a very professional engagement yet felt very personal. We are in our new home and absolutely love it. Only thing would have done differently is not spend so much time looking for a partner! Highly recommend Buchan and definitely would build with them again.”

“Level Up Home Remodeling has been great to work with. The project management by Ellie and Chase was above and beyond we could imagine. We contracted them for an addition of 1100 Sq. Ft. including relocating out kitchen, Leveling up the living room and adding two bathrooms to the house. The promises were delivered and we got a beautiful home to share with our family. “We have used RW Anderson over the years for several small projects and have always been pleased with their work so we hired them for a major remodel. Ryan Anderson and the RW Anderson team did a really wonderful job. The 70 year old kitchen and dining room in our large home presented some significant remodeling challenges but we were thrilled with the workmanship, management and outcome. Not only was RW Anderson transparent on costs with regular reports on costs versus budget, they greatly assisted us in understanding the trade-offs inherent in the myriad of decisions to be made in a major remodel. “We hired this company in 1991 to custom build our 3200 square foot home. This is a family owned business and at that time was owned and operated by Mike Ritzman's mom and dad. They were terrific. They were on time, they were pleasant and they even returned some of our money. In the ensuing years I have had them remodel a rental property I have, plus a $30,000 repair when a large tree fell onto the roof. A couple of years ago I had them build a custom garage of about 1550 feet. This is the $50,000 - $100,000 listed in this review. Once again they did it on time and on budget. I wouldn't go anywhere else for work, whether new construction or a remodel.”
