My wife and I had never built a house, so we were very concerned about finding the right contractor for such a large scale project. We interviewed several contractors and talked with prior customers of all of them. Finally we decided on Ken because he was willing to focus on keeping the project in our budget (which was very important to us), and we felt like he was trying to insure we got the house we wanted and took care of all the details.
And there were plenty of details involved because our house is handicap friendly. And we loved our house after it was done.
Even after we moved in, he reached out several times our first year in to make sure that any issued that popped up were fixed. My wife and I would recommend him to anyone.”

“My husband & I have had the privilege of working with Todd Reed & Ron Reed for many years. Todd was very helpful when we were trying to determine the house plan that we wanted to use to build our second home. There were some changes that we wanted to make to the original plan & he made the process so simple & easy for us. Todd was also very helpful in keeping us on budget. Ron was available for us it seemed like on a daily basis. He oversaw every step of the building process & made sure the work was done with excellence. After moving into our home they worked hard to correct the few issues that we had.
We have also worked with Reed Brothers on a professional level as well. My husband has installed the septic systems for Todd & Ron for many years. They are always clear in the instructions of where the system needs to be placed as well as providing the proper permits & paper work for our job to run smoothly. They have always paid on time which is a huge plus with any builder.

“Luis Imery is a superb contractor who specializes in energy efficient construction of outstanding quality and affordable price. He is a man of integrity and oversees all aspects of contstruction, as well as performing all the HERS and duct blaster testing required to evaluate the energy efficiency of his work. I hired him for a remodel; it came in UNDER budget and early!
Update: 5/27/16: It's been almost 4 years and I installed a new hi-efficiency heat pump after the work was completed; it is a unit Luis recommended to me. I have my office in my 1600 s.f. home and use the systems 24/7 in a hot/humid climate. My electric bills continue at less than $90/mo on avg. The water bills are under $45 unless I turn on the irrigation.
I cannot recommend him highly enough.”

“MV Home Builders performed a major addition to my home. What was an 1100 sq ft, 2 bdrm, one level home became a 2800 sq ft, 4 bdrm home with a walkout basement. The entire site was re-graded, a garage added and the driveway redone. Doug and Mike were great to work with and explained the process all along the way. The quality of work was as we expected it to be and I don't believe a more trustworthy home builder can be obtained. If I was going to do another project, I would not think twice about using them again.”
