“We were searching for a home when we moved back to Asheville, and happened to stumble on a house that Kevin and Timber Creek were about to complete construction on. Everything worked out perfectly and we were able to purchase the house and we are so glad we did! The house has been a wonderful home for us. There are so many details that they thought of and so much custom work which makes our home one of a kind! They really thought of everything! 4 years later and we still get so many compliments on how well built the house is and how much attention was paid to the details. We couldn’t be happier and Kevin has been very helpful in answering any questions we have had, even to this day!”

“4G took our wooded lot and made it into more than we ever expected! After moving into the Mooresville, NC area and trying to find that "perfect house" we were at a loss. It wasn't until buying a lot in Falls Cove and meeting with Sam Gandy that we started to think that finally we may have found our answer! We moved into our new home on April 11, 2014 and finally we have our "perfect house". 4G is extremely professional but also make you feel like part of their extended family. They never leave questions or concerns unanswered. They made sure I got what I wanted and always made sure I was happy with every phase of the construction. They made our part very simple it was in no way overwhelming and even let me send them pictures from Pintrest and other websites when I had ideas! Sam and or Quinton were on my job site daily to make sure the progression of my house was where it needed to be. I love my home and I am thankful everyday that I get to live here. I am 1000% happy that we were fortunate enough to get 4G to build our home. It was a fun experience getting to build this house and would always recommend them to any family or friend looking to build their "perfect house".”

“I hired Carolina Timberworks to build 9 radius trusses for a home in 2012. I got a fast accurate and very detailed estimate of EXACTLY what was and what was not included in the price. Carolina Timberworks came out to measure once and we installed them a few weeks later. All the trusses fit perfectly and the craftsmanship was top notch. Everyone at Carolina Timberworks was friendly, helpful and easy to work with. It has been two years since the beams were installed and they are still as beautiful as ever! Customer is happy so I am happy. If you need timber framing work done these are the guys you want to hire!”

“My wife and I embarked on an in city build of our home in Asheville after falling in love with this small city and stumbling upon a rare available lot quite walkable to downtown. The year prior to this, when we were quite content to rent longterm, we went with close friends who were eager to build here on a tour of Jade Mountain built homes locally. We were immediately drawn to the craftsmanship, intelligent livability and homey style of all 5 projects we saw that day and mentally pocketed that info for the future. So when our lot became available, we never hesitated to start all of our design/build planning discussions exclusively with Jade. It is more than a year later from that time, in fact we just moved into our completed home this week, and we couldn't be more pleased not just with the outcome but with the journey. No build project can be stress free, God knows. But Jade has in house teams of craftsman and we count all of the 20-25 or so team members we encountered as vested friends in our project. Urban neighbor challenges came up early in the build process and without the ever present humor and respectful good nature of Jade's workers, we would not have fared so well. We really can't say enough about the quality of our home's build, coupled with a process where we were listened to and valued every step of the way. But perhaps most of all, the Jade Mountain team is as proud and excited about our completed project as we are.
