“Craftsman Construction provided us with a building experience that was easy and worry free. Jerry was very professional, honest and trustworthy. Whenever a problem became apparent within our project, he thoughtfully resolved the issue. He was patient with us when we decided to make an aesthetic changes, even after the specified work had been completed. But most importantly, Craftsman's quality is what keeps us coming back to Jerry. We will build another house with Craftsman when it is time to downsize. Timothy and Amy Nojaim I would like to continue my review of Craftsman Construction. It has now been 8 years since Jerry has built our home. We have temporarily moved overseas. We have continued using Jerry and Craftsman Construction to manage the upkeep and occasional repairs to our wonderful house, while we have been away. “The Smith & Robertson team designed and built a custom house for us at Wintergreen VA. We started in March, 2012 and finished in January, 2013. We had a great experience designing and building, and are very pleased with the final product. Glenn and Ron are easy to work with and have a can-do attitude. The design was exactly what we wanted. They were able to put our dream home on paper and make it work. They were very creative on where to save money on the project, but also how to include some of the perks we really wanted. The sub-contractors they hired were professional and, for the most part, on time. The building supplies that S & R insisted on using were top-notch. Our "green rating", a big focus for S & R, is a big plus to our new home. We were able to stay within budget. We would highly recommend this wonderful team for design/build.”

Obviously, we are very pleased with their work. Ray helped us plan our layout, create the architectural design, select materials and achieve the energy efficiency we were seeking. He has been most helpful in guiding us through the many decisions and compromises necessary to get what we want at a price we can afford. “We had a great experience with Warner Custom Homes from start to finish. David understood and adhered to our budget. He worked with us and got the house we wanted within our budget. We worked with two other contractors that never got within our budget. Budget was the deciding factor in selecting Warner. Warner delivered the house on schedule. David was available throughout the process and easy to work with. Save for a few punch list items the house has been trouble free. We would highly recommend Warner Custom Homes.”
