“KRM Development came highly recommended from our architect. We were impressed from the very beginning when we met with the owner Kirk Michelson. He took the time to listen to what was important to us and was very knowledgeable about what materials to use, the costs, and the expert sub-contractors to get the job done right. Everyone we worked with from KRM Development, including their sub-contractors and suppliers were people of integrity. We were so pleased with the excellent craftsmanship that was put into every detail. Brandon, our foreman led the project with a high level of knowledge, experience and professionalism and he demanded perfection in the quality of work that was done. They all went above and beyond to create a beautiful home from top to bottom. We relied heavily on our project manager Audrey who was a pleasure to work with in finalizing all the design details of our home. She led us through the process with ease and made an overwhelming task manageable and enjoyable. Her knowledge and commitment to customer satisfaction was truly commendable.
