“Working with a company to design and build a home is a challenge under the best of circumstances, but as in my case, living nearly 3000 miles away from the building site, the challenges were even greater...and I’m happy to say that my expectations were not only met by Suncrest Homes, they were exceeded. Charlie Hamilton and his crew took my ideas seriously and worked with me to design a floor plan that met my needs. Throughout the building process, I was informed of the progress through phone calls, emails, and photographs. When it was time to select flooring, countertops, lighting, etc. I flew out and participated in a whirlwind but extremely well-organized “shopping spree” with their interior designer, Sheryl Clear. She guided me through all the decisions that needed to be made and continued to work with me long-distance as the building progressed and minor adjustments and additional decisions were made. The house was finished on schedule and we were able to close the day before my items arrived from the east coast. I cannot say enough about the quality of professionalism and customer service that I experienced while working with Suncrest Homes. They have my highest recommendation and I would definitely use them again were I to build another home in the future.”

Then they built an entire outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven and BBQ. Then we hired them to do an expansion on the main house with a gym and a wine cellar. We followed that up with the building out of an attic to create a kids' play area. Finally, they helped us construct a pond. Every time the job was done well and completed on time, if not earlier. When we were quoted a price, it never fluctuated. They were professional, organized, mindful of budgets as well as taste and the job site was always clean and tidy.
