“I can't recommend Don Miller Construction, Inc. highly enough. We hired them to build our first home. As two young professionals, my wife and I didn't really have a great grasp on what we had gotten ourselves into. That being said, Don and his daughter Suzanne really made the process very easy and explained everything that was going on well. We were also impressed that Suzanne would usually meet us at the various finishers' locations to discuss the options and give us her input. We have also been very impressed by Don Miller's willingness to handle warranty issues. As with any construction project there are small issues here and there that can crop up. Whenever we have let Don Miller know about these small issues they have responded quickly, courteously and fixed the problem. We are very happy with Don Miller Construction's performance and would use them again without question.”

“James and his son are very friendly and trustworthy. He has been working in the area for over 30 years and told me he worked with the builder that built my home in 1978! We found him on Angie's List and he had great reviews. He was the only person that provided me with a written quote of service and pretty much the only one that seemed willing and capable of taking on the task. Some of the other contractors in this area of the panhandle only deal with "million-dollar homes" and others seem to run contracting as a side-business (less focused). You can tell James like to work and he worked with us to get the job done even a few days faster than he estimated. The cost was agreeable and no additional costs were incurred. He stuck to the price, the timeline and his word. These are some of the projects he knocked out for us in less than a month. 1. Removed popcorn ceilings/retexture (1600 sq ft home) 2. Removed 3 walls and installed beam in attic which opened up dining room to kitchen and front door area. Relocated electrical outlets/light switches 3. Relocated and Installed new Eco/hybrid-water heater 4. Installed 3 ceiling fans/kitchen lighting/dining lighting 5. Installed new wood fence around back yard (at least 130 foot) and took down a few trees to make room.”

Coordinating the architectural drawings, making finish recommendations, and considering issues which my wife and I never anticipated. He required top quality work from all the subcontractors, provided complete and accurate cost estimates in advance of the service, delivered monthly cost to budget reports and only deliver pleasant surprises. We have built five homes in the past and this by far was the most professionally done.
