Colleen fought for us and by our side as we worked through the negotiation process, and had no qualms putting the builder in their place to ensure we were well taken care of and happy. When it came time to sell our home, we listed in what was still a relatively slow market. Her expertise on pricing and marketing were spot on - the house sold in about 2 weeks, for asking price. The sale process was the easiest thing we had ever been through. As it was our first time selling, she walked us through each step, communicating in detail what to expect. Colleen is the culmination of everything you would ever hope for in a realtor, and more. She's an absolute expert, and cares deeply for her clients.
