Rich handles every aspect of the business,from the initial call to the installation and beyond. Rich grew up in Gaylord, Michigan. He graduated from Michigan State with an Advertising Degree. After working for the family blind business, he learned everything about the window treatment business and has grown in into one of the most referred window treatment businesses in Metro-Detroit.
