Our goal is to make it ridiculously simple for customers to get great windows. No pricing games. No endless hi-pressure sales pitches. Just great windows, installed at a great price, without any of the sales games. Because we're not pushy, you can start as slow as you'd like. Visit our website, send us an email, schedule a phone call, or go all the way and invite us out for an informative estimate, where you get to see and touch samples, ask your questions, and get useful descriptions of exactly what we will and won't do. Our estimates are short (usually 45 min or less), informative, and low pressure. We just want to gather info and give info, so you're never going to feel ignored, or worse disrespected, in your own home. Expect us to ask a few questions, walk around to inspect and measure, show and demonstrate a window sample, and answer any questions you have. We may have a formal estimate while there, but usually we take gathered info back to the office, and send an email within 24 hours containing pricing and details. From the time of order to installation is usually about six weeks. We ask for half down, and half at completion. Payment can be made via cash, check, or credit card. We also offer financing through our credit card merchant, Square Capital. The length of installation will vary depending on your project size. We usually estimate about 10 windows to be installed per day, though that also can change due to various factors. We ask you to make sure we have clear access to each window, and have any window treatments down and out of the way (unless we've specified otherwise in your contract). We'll protect floor coverings with drop cloths, and we're always careful to clean up inside and outside before we leave. We would love the opportunity to serve you and your home.
