Although the process from ordering to installation was long, the final results were great. The salesperson understood our needs and the installation crew was courteous and professional. For the cost of a new door and window, you should expect this level of customer service and satisfaction.

1) Renewal by Anderson doesn't show up on time. 2) Renewal by Anderson doesn't provide correct instructions for the homeowner. 3) Renewal by Anderson cannot measure correctly. 4) Renewal by Anderson cannot install moulding correctly. I work from home and can't "stand-by" waiting for a crew to show up late. I had asked what had to be done prepping for their arrival and I removed all window coverings and shades and anything within 3 feet of the windows. Pets were secured. I was told nothing on the OUTSIDE had to be removed. Well I had to remove the 3 flower boxes from the OUTSIDE of the front windows. Two different people from Renewal by Anderson measured the windows but the oak moulding was incorrect. Take a look at the photos of when they finally installed the oak moulding. The windows from Renewal by Anderson are great...everything else they do is terrible.

Worked with Andrew Bianchi to select a new front door and picture window for our home. He was very attentive to my aesthetic preferences and made excellent recommendations. The whole process was seamless and I was well informed at every step in the process. Install date was moved up a week and both door and windows were done in one day by a Cracker Jack team led by Norbert. Furniture was carefully moved and covered and everything was cleaned well before they left. We love the end result!

I contacted Renewal by Andersen after seeing the many promotions on TV and in the mailers having just moved. The bedroom windows were well over 30 years and you could certainly feel the draft coming in. We had a prior sales pitch from another vendor but after our sales rep Scott Puzia came to see us, it was hands down very compelling that we signed on the spot. The hardest part was having to wait, but not too much longer for the installation. We signed, someone came to measure within the next week and our install date was scheduled between 4-6 weeks out. On the day of installation, the crew arrived at the appointed time and started to lay protective plastic on our stairs and drop cloth in the hallways and at each window. Each room was done one by one and doors were kept closed. That day was extremely cold and windy so all 8 windows were installed on Saturday and they returned two days later on Monday morning to complete the exterior. At least all of the windows were placed and caulked very well, and by Monday afternoon the exterior was likely finished. They look perfect and it is money well spent and an investment I know we will gain back in our energy bills. We also upgraded them to the sun guard and I highly recommend this company. Every interaction I've had has been pleasant and raises the bar. I only wish I took the time to take before photos of the old windows but I am in love with the new ones.

I would never recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone. The product when received shows the poor quality control that occurs in the factory in Minnesota. This is the 2nd time I have received poor quality merchandise. I ordered 2 sets of patio doors. After receiving both sets in mid-November, one set came in fitting the space well and undamaged. The second patio door came in scratched within the inner window. Second, the grill was cut short as it did not fit the window. Third, the screen did not fit and did not come with the cot foot locks. Upon receiving the replacement in late January (2 months later of which I do not understand why the delay when my re-order should have been moved up as a correction)., the door and grill are correct, but the screen doesn’t fit (by a wide margin). Renewal by Andersen preaches quality!!!! This is far from it!!!! Note, your installation technicians are great!!!! No issues and they are professionals and they do a job well!!!

He arrived on time, even a little early, did his job. Great service. That’s why I replaced 25 windows through Andersen. Today they replaced two screens that had such tiny holes in them that I wouldn’t have ever seen them. They saw them at installation and ordered the two new screens that were replaced today.

I am once again reviewing Renewal by Anderson. To be clear their repair team is smart, efficient, prepared and ready to help. However, I am disappointment that I keep needing visits from their repair team. I spent thousands on a patio door last November and I am still having problems with the manufacturing parts of the door. Yes the quality of the glass is terrific and I did see a difference in the heat it sealed in during the winter but....so far the team had to return to replace a defected handle, defected lock and now defected wheels that could not be adjusted. My dad use to say don't get your car fixed on a Monday or after a long weekend. I think this door may have been manufactured on a Monday if your get my reference.

While he was there I asked him about hurricane proof windows and he suggested the Andersen tempered glass. The technician, Mike K., who repaired my window seal was professional and pleasant. He did an excellent and thorough job repairing the window that leaked. He explained everything he did and why; he answered all of my questions in language that I could understand. Honestly, he gave me my faith back in Renewal by Andersen. Wasn't sure what to expect when I called for an appointment, but was pleasantly surprised The salesman who showed up was professional yet friendly. He answered every question we had. Even when I changed the design of the windows he was still very accommodating. There was no pressure to make a purchase. He took the time to check financing options available to see what was best for us I had 15 windows installed and I'm very happy with the results I would highly recommend this company

They removed old existing windows and replaced them with new Andersen windows. They worked efficiently and were clean and courteous. The initial installation went well! I had an issue with the screens in the windows, but there were able to eventually get that fixed, and everything worked out. I would definitely recommend them again.

This was a project for patio door (glass sliding) and 2 oversized picture windows, in the basement. did it all in one day. they cleaned the house throughly when the left and didn't cause any damage. windows work great, heating bill gone down, saw a savings between 5-10%, and this is also noticeable in comfort. Thoroughly satisfied, not the cheapest price, but the quality is definitely noticeable. it effectively gave us fuller use of 2 rooms than we had before. nothing but good things to say about them, and if I was doing this again, I would definitely recommend to use them again, and have even recommended them to our neighbor!
