NOVA Exteriors installed heavy decorative security doors for us and repaired a roof that was wind damaged in the past. The most recent installation of 5 large windows and a double front door went well and we are happy with the rugged products they carry and installed in our house. Was pleased with the installation of two Provia sliding patio doors provided by Nova Exteriors. Their pricing was very competitive, and all of their employees were responsive, punctual and professional throughout the process. Did have an issue when trying to order a non-standard glass package, but the company made a satisfactory effort to resolve the issue.

Nova Exteriors is an extreamly professional company, this includes everyone that worked at my home. Nova not only meet my expectations but they exceeded them. Nova promised me to be done in a day after once the materials arrived and they did. Nova exceeded my expectation in two; 1) I requested a small amount of interior drywall work which they informed me its not part of their business but the did it and it was fantastic - 2) my bay window was in worse shape than they realized but and they had to call in one of the senior techs, they did not say anything or request any additional funds. I was contacted by one of my neighorbors and I immedieatly give them praise and their contact info. I would strongly recommend Nova Exteriors to anyone who ask.

I believe that this professional agent provided a timely well made replacement kitchen door at my home, during our past winter season. Although the total price was somewhat high, I only paid a $1,500 deductible. Moreover, this agent at Nova Exteriors has arranged two door replacements for me in less than one year.
