We replaced all the doors and windows in our home and had the installation guys here for almost a week. They were friendly, professional and great to have around! We obtained a number of quotes on Vinyltek windows from a few installers, but Kris at LongLife was the best to deal with, most informative, and quite obviously a professional. Their quote was very competitive and their installation high-quality. They were quick to respond to the many queries we had an worked with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Bernard and his installation crew were proficient, efficient, and a pleasure to have around (very nice guys). They did an immaculate clean-up and finished our job (13 windows and 1 french patio door) in 2 days. The new windows are beautiful and so much warmer than our leaky vinyl windows we replaced. The only hang-up was a delay on the patio door at Vinyltek, so that the installation crew had to return on a different day to install our door - not a big problem. A few minor issues after installation (defects) will be dealt with by the service department with no issues. The lifetime warranty, quality installation, and friendly, honest service made our experience with LongLife a great one. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new windows and doors.
