Pella may make a great product but their service is abysmal! The process just to get a quote for repair takes over two weeks and that's without sending a technician. Then, if you approve the quote, its another month or more to get on the calendar for the repair. I would never buy another Pella window or door for that reason. It can't be blamed on covid, as its been this way for over 20 years. And, they are the only game in town. There are no other repair locations in the area. I do not recommend buying from them and god help you if you need service!

Based on more than 10 years of outstanding performance on three different jobs, we highly recommend Pella Windows and Doors of Beltsville MD. Most recently, the Pella Team led by Mr. Darrin Downey, Product Service Manager (Pella Mid-Atlantic, Inc.) diagnosed sun/weather-damaged glazing on four custom-made Pella Windows under warranty, submitted and tracked the order for replacement windows, and successfully installed the new windows following expert painting at the Beltsville office. The installation was professionally completed by Pella Technicians (Richard and Kevin) this January, 2023. In 2012, the Pella Windows team in Beltsville replaced all the windows in our home. In 2016, Pella Windows and Doors of Beltsville replaced several glass doors. We are very happy with the custom-made Pella Windows and Doors. The performance of the Pella products and Pella Beltsville Team have been outstanding and 5 star (*****) in all respects. We have saved on heating and cooling bills, while adding value to our home.

Windows not installed and trimmed properly, Water leaking between siding. No response from customer service. 10 year warranty on material and workmanship.

They don't have good customer service. they never call back. We are trying to get some repair work on old Pella windows that stop functioning, but can't get anyone to look at them. Why a window should last only a few years is unclear, but if we do have to replace the dozen windows we will likely purchase windows with more durability and customer support.

I hired KC Pella twice in the past to install their beautiful Designer Series French Door. At the previous house, no problems. At this house, the door has started to leak on newly installed wood floors in danger of warping. It's now August 7 and I called KC Pella for service only to learn the soonest service available is September 12. The glass panel on this door was replaced by KC Pella in 2014 due to my lawn service breaking it with a rock. It is now leaking at the lower corner of this panel and starting to warp the wood on the door! I suspect the leakage is due to this replacement. I am very disappointed in KC Pella Service.

Have purchased storm doors from them previously and was the transaction was great. This time around ordered doors and windows but cancelled within 2 days via mail. Almost a month later they still have not refunded deposit. They are quick to charge deposit but slow to refund. Sales person Larry H.

I have used Pella to replace upwards of forty windows and seven sets of doors. It has been done over the course of three sets of installations due to the stages of construction in my home. Each time they were patient with the other workers in my home, tolerant of the changes and questions I had about the products, the installation(s), the measurements, and the colors -- which I changed mid-cycle. Moreover, they were accepting and even welcoming of my children and dogs -- who thought the Pella sales team, measurement guy, and installation team were their solely for their benefit. I cannot recommend the people and products highly enough. My house now looks amazing, is energy efficient, and the massive task of refitting my home was accomplished without a hitch.

K.C. Pella was outstanding from start to finish. The salesperson was great. The set up person was timely and excellent. The installation crew showed up on time and in a couple of hours had the old door unit removed and the new unit installed. The were very careful and neat in doing the work. The whole job came in at the cost agreed upon. We will definitely use Pella for our next project.

ent from my iPad We had our patio door installed on September 2016. Brett Hopkins, the company representative, came to our house. He was very professional in our initial consultation. He put no pressure even when we told him that we are going to have another estimate the following day. Once we made our decision to go with Pella Windows and Doors, everyone we spoke with were extremely helpful and very accommodating to our schedule. Great experience! Order process was easy, and special financing sealed the deal on immediate decision. Benjie and his installation crew were professional, efficient and flexible. Windows look great and really enhance the rooms, as I'd hoped they would. Highly recommend.
