ASP SUPERHOME

After having an excruciating experience with a different company where my paid deposit has not been returned, I chose ASP for my impact windows and doors. I am extremely picky about details and consider myself technical with respect to available products. I am beyond impressed with the entire ASP team involved in my project. Peter's thorough product knowledge and his professional, no pressure sales approach while providing various product options is truly appreciated. Naila, my project coordinator, followed up regularly after installation began to ensure everything was accomplished satisfactorily. Jonathan, ASP's owner, and Michel, lead supervisor, both participated in taking final measurements, explaining options and recording videos to facilitate installation. Jonathan recommended a project-out window for my kitchen that looks spectacular. Finally, I cannot speak highly enough of my installation team, Ariel and his dad Luis. They are courteous, meticulous and precise (as evidenced by the numerous measurements and surgical-type cutting of flooring tile), they document the work by taking project progression photos, and maintained a high level of cleanliness by using plastic barriers, covering furniture/fixtures and vacuuming thoroughly. They arrived punctually every day and also worked long hours when necessary. Anyone considering impact windows and doors should absolutely contact ASP if professionalism, highest level of workmanship and peace of mind are of utmost importance. I will highly recommend ASP to everyone I know!!!

I had a very good experience with ASP. Even with Covid there was a lot of delays to finish my windows but Tammy and Armando did an amazing job keeping me up to date and making sure every details were taking care of. Thank you guys.

Nice guys but sell and install inferior glass in their windows and doors. The supplier they get their glass from does not honor their warranty and will use every excuse in the book to not fix issues caused by their obviously inferior quality glass. Two years after my windows and doors were installed multiple pieces of glass started having glazing issues. Each piece of glass is made from two pieces of glass held together by some type of silicone adhesive. Multiple pieces of glass started coming apart. Not only did this make the glass look terrible, I suspect it compromised the integrity of the glass. After much back and forth the glass was replaced under warranty. Here were are again 2 years later and the same exact glass that was replaced is having the same exact issue again, except this time the supplier and ultimately ASP are saying the glass is no longer under warranty. I expect much better post sales support after spending tens of thousands of dollars on impact windows and doors. Save yourself the trouble and go with another company that uses better quality glass and a supplier that stands by their products. Buyer beware !

I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to do so in this case as my experience with ASP has been nothing but amazing. Everything about the company was extremely impressive beginning with my initial call to them, the Sales process (Michael Marrero), and the installation process. The folks at ASP are extremely professional and are skilled in the art of customer service. Everything was legit, the quality of the products are amazing, and the installers (Pedro and Nicholas) did an amazing job. When they were done, it was almost like they were not even here. We had 19 openings done and we now marvel at how great our home looks. We can honestly say that this upgrade to our home was worth every single penny. Thank you ASP for an amazing experience, you have earned a customer for life!!!

The entire team from sales to service are the most professional group I’ve worked with during my house renovations. The team is also available and willing to help. The service team has been out to my house for simple adjustments to the doors but takes the time to check every piece of the doors and windows to make sure they are working correctly. They are always concerned that the products are working correctly to protect my family. I would never choose or recommend any other impact window and door company.

I found ASP Windows & Doors online after reading several good reviews, and they certainly delivered on their service! I first spoke with Alfred, and he quickly gave me an estimate and started the whole process. Within a couple of months, the necessary permits were pulled and my new impact windows and sliding doors were installed. Roberts installation team was very professional and very clean, even setting up plastic walls and vacuuming as they worked. I would highly recommend ASP Windows & Doors if anyone is looking for new impact windows or doors.

ASP facilitated the permit process, installation, and final inspection with professionalism and attention to detail. The installation crew did a great job overall. They were always on time, took the time to cover the furniture and floor in the work areas, worked safely and systematically, and cleaned up as they worked.
